The staff was really nice and knowledgeable about every aspect. They also guided me through the best options. Plus my Child had a blast there. Definitely coming back soon. I may seem like a small place but for children between 3 to 5 would be great.

I had 28 kids attend my 5 year old and 3 year olds bday party here and it was awesome. The host was phenomenal for us and the entire staff always served with a smile. Honestly I felt I was askin for a lot of extra things and they gladly provided with a big smile. I told the GM he had an amazing staff. Highly recommend to all our friends and other parents. Well done guys!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE MY SON GOT HURT NOT ONCES BUT TWICE INFRONT OF MANAGER AND THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING THEY HAVE BIG KIDS IN THE JUMPIN AREA ONCES I MENTION SOMETHING THOSE KIDS RAN AWAY THIS IS NOT FAIR FOR THE YOUNGER KIDS MY SON IS 2 there shouldn’t be 12 year olds in there

Will never attend or even host a birthday here again. $450 for what??? A party planner that was no where to be found, table wasn’t set up until after 1:30. I purchased the ultimate package and we got the ultimate disappointment for this party. Had to keep asking for the arcade passes as all the kids were ready to play and go. The birthday boy (2) was crying cause I kept asking for socks so he could go play in the trampoline area. Extra $10 per kid for a living room size jump area is straight robbery. Nothing was explained had no idea when food was coming, or what the general schedule was for a 2hr birthday time slot. Place was a mad house and ruined the whole experience for our party. I will never recommend this place to other families. This place should have gone out of business in the 90s cause other play places do it WAY better and actually worth the money.

Great place, great people, great atmosphere, only thing I do not agree with is the sales of and consumption of adult beverages at a place meant for children. If I owned this establishment that would be the first to go
Worst birthday party ever. Didn't receive everything in our paid package(no goodie bags or bronze 2 month play pass). host Didn't even know I purchased their chuck e cheese cake and asked me where our cake was.. 130pm party and Didn't receive food until 245pm and couldn't even eat because 10 minutes later the birthday show started and we then had to sing happy birthday and ticket blaster time. At 3pm our host wanted me to pay and asked if we wanted boxes for our food and started moving our party to booths to clean up . This was a 2 hr party that ended 30 minutes early. We stayed an hour longer after this to atleast finish the unlimited time on the play cards and no other parties came in during this time so i dont understand why we were rushed. It was so badly managed and rushed it was so sad to see my 4 year old keep asking why she couldn't eat at the party table and why her cake was packaged up when we didnt even get to cut it. Mind you I am 5 months pregnant and was so overwhelmed how this was handled. My husband was trying to stay calm and not blow up in front of all the children. I would not recommend parties at this location lowell was always better and I blame myself for wanting to switch it up.

Had a great time with the kids for a little school fundraiser a week ago. Was a blast playing some of the games with the kids. Especially the redemption games that had skill to them and not just a phone app with a giant screen and one big button. We especially loved playing Crab Rush. Look it up, it’s a blast playing with two players. We played that more than anything else there.
