DO NOT GO HERE my son took a slice of pizza and it was so sharp that when he had it near us neck he accidentally cut himself,then the employees dragged his body to the center and started chanting “CHARLES ENTERTAINMENT CHEESE ARISE OUR MASTER” And then a man in a giant rant suit dragged him in the back and neon red lights flashed through the door. #ihatemondays #dadfails

After hearing about the animatronic removal, I rushed across my state to visit this place. The place was very well maintained, the arcade selection was great, and the Chuck E Cheese animatronic was in great condition. it is therefore unfortunate that this animatronic is being removed in April, according to employees. As for the food, it wasn’t bad at all, but it isn’t the best ever. Would recommend.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free pizza was great.

Chuck E Cheese is always a favorite of ours. It's unfortunate that they are getting rid of their animatronics.
Great place! Staff was pretty friendly, the place was SPOTLESS, the pizza was really good (we had stuffed crust). The prices arent terrible, my TEENS had a blast! Highly recommend!

I drove a half an hour from New Hampshire to drive to this Chuck E Cheese with my best friend. This establishment has always been a staple in my childhood and I was excited to go back since I haven't been in a while. When I walked in I was instantly excited about the nostalgic environment that was the establishment of Mr. Chuck E. Cheese. I walked up and was instantly asked if I was 18 years of age, I am only 16. I was told my friend and I could not play at the arcade since we are only 16. My friend and I left civilly but later came back to ask more questions. I was left wondering why I'm old enough to drive myself to Chuck E. Cheese but not to play without an adult. The employees were flat out rude and disrespectful and laughed at me as I left. I do not recommend coming to this establishment

We brought the grand-kids to Chuck E. Cheese on Saturday July 15th. I really like the fact that the guests have hand stamps to ensure safety. The place is very clean. Tables are wiped down when guests leave and bathroom were spotless. All of the attendants are friendly and very helpful. We purchased Qty two 60 minute cards and there were plenty of machines available. The machines are times perfect so the kids do not get bored. They move on and on having a blast. Smiles everywhere!They had such a great time on Saturday afternoon that we returned on Sunday afternoon for 60 more minutes of fun . I remember taking my daughters to Chuck E. Cheese when they were 8 & 10 yrs old. Fun times! The kiddos had a blast! I recommend taking your family to Chuck E. Cheese in Methuen MA for an afternoon of fun you won't be disappointed!

Went to claim tickets, my son wanted a blue frog, they didn't have any extra. Asked for the display frog and pretty much for told to f off. Crushed my sons heart . Won't go there again.
