This place is absolutely terrible. I ordered a large pizza and fries and it took them almost 3 hrs for my food to arrive. Very unprofessional over the phone and didn't accommodate me the right way and still expected me to pay for my food. I would never support this business again. And I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Rude, unprofessional and poorly trained staff. Ordered a $42 order online at 6:29 pm, called at 7:20 and they said it was on its way. Then we called again at 8 and they said the driver left it outside (it’s raining and we have a ring doorbell) there was no food outside. Then they changed their story and said the system was down. They said we didn’t order from Methuen and suggested we were lying about the whole thing. I showed up with all my receipts (email, bank statement etc) no one apologized ! They made the food and when I asked for a refund, they claimed they did not know how to process it. There was no manager or shift runner available and no one had a clue what they were doing.
I order a chicken and vegetable calzone and it was all vegetable and hardly any chicke.

Awful waited 3 hours for food had to call multiple times while waiting delivery driver said he was outside and tried to call us didn’t call once when he finally did show up they tried to say our address was written wrong and then they still didn’t have the correct order after 3 hours forgot a whole pizza and all we ordered was 2 pizzas and mozzarella sticks

Had my delivery driver call me only saying delivery over and over again i said ok and gung up the phone. He immediately calls back saying rhe same thing delivery delivery delivery, i go to my porch there is no delivery anywhere to be seen. I call the restaurant tell them about my interaction with the driver they say ok we will call and see what the problem is. Ten minutes later not a call back, no call from the driver nor did the driver show up. I call back and imformed the driver didnt puck up their call either so i said you know what cancel my order id like my money back i have no idea whats going on with your driver. They say that's fine put me on gold to find a manager i am told they cant find hold on he might be in back and im on hold again only to be told the manager cant be found. They took my phone number but we'll see if i get a callback or not either way ill dispute the charges and call my bank about and see if theres a manager present tomorrow. Im not trying to be rude here but when 20 minutes turn into an hour and the driver can only say delivery while not being at my house thats not good.
