I wouldn’t even give this Dunkin’s a 1 star. The lady running the drive through told me “hurry up and order there’s a line” then I got my window and sat there for 15 minutes the girl finally came and had to reorder my entire order then got mad at me for asking to fix my coffee. They are the most rude Dunkin’s in Salem. We didn’t ask you to work there you applied so don’t treat customers so rudely.

Terrible service and time management. As a business owner myself, I'd be ashamed. The man with the red hair was disrespectful. Kept cutting me off while I was ordering, had me pull forward due to a Vanilla Bean Coolatta and a breakfast Sandwich where I sat at waited another 5 minutes. To receive no drink tray I asked for, more attitude, and a terrible tasting drink. Do better, Dunkins!

3rd time getting watered down hot chocolate , had the same problem with the frozen drinks. I also usually get avocado toast and they either come out burnt or with a pound of avocado on it.

To Whom It May Concern,

I can't believe I have to write this, but this Dunkin' Donuts is by far the worst I have ever encountered. The level of incompetence among the staff is astounding, and it seems like every single interaction is a struggle.

During my visit, the drive-thru experience was a complete disaster. The employee who handled my transaction was not only ineffective but also decided to pocket my extra cash instead of telling me I had overpaid. To top it off, he didn’t even bother to give me my receipt until I explicitly asked for it. When I finally got it, I realized he had put it in as exact cash. But if you watch the cameras you'll see what happen!

It's clear that your staff needs serious retraining, as this is an embarrassing representation of what Dunkin' Donuts should stand for. I expect better, and frankly, you should too.

Do something about this.

Also getting yelled at via the drive-thru about how they don't do Apple Pay via Apple Watch is really annoying too especially when they typically hold the reader next to the window every time (then I get told my some cranky lady that it's been this way for 2 months. Last week I was there and they were doing it maybe that's what your version of 2 months is. SMH.

I went to the Dunkin Donuts location. I ordered a small ice coffee and a hot chocolate. I forgot to ask for whip cream so when I pulled to the front I asked a male on the register if they could please put whip cream. The male let the older female who was making the hot chocolate know I wanted whip cream and he closed the drive thru window. With the drive thru window closed I heard her yelling. And upset that I asked for whip cream to be added I heard everything she was yelling even though the window was shut. The cover wasn’t even on the hot chocolate yet, there were no cars in the drive thru so I don’t understand what the big deal was. When he opened the window to hand me my small ice coffee she yelled “THATS WHAT WE HAVE A SPEAKER IN THE FRONT FOR” and “THATS WHERE PEOPLE SHOULD ASK FOR WHAT THEY WANT”

I just had a baby and am sleep deprived. It slipped my mind and I didn’t think it would be a big deal to ask in the drive thru window. She was extremely rude and her comments were extremely unnecessary. I am a frequent customer at this Dunks and no longer feel comfortable or welcomed going there at all anymore.

If you order a hot signature latte you never get the toppings that come on it also grilled cheese you get a microwaved cheese sandwich without fail every time. I’m never going back to this location!

I love going to my coffee shop because it's close to my job, but please hire people who actually work. I always order iced coffee and when they're not in the mood they won't sell it to you and just use stupid excuses. Please manager or owner do something.

I just drove to this dunks to get lunch. I pull in place a mobile order, and go up to the drive through. I am yelled at for placing the order too quickly and am told wait. There are no cars in line besides myself. I wait for a minute and they yell at me again to go drive around wait when still no one is here. I sat and waited like they asked and that was wrong? So rude.

I just had the absolute worst experience in this store. The manager was literally screaming at her staff in front of customers because of a computer error. Not a staff error a computer error.. It was ridiculous and I tried to talk to her and she refused to talk to me because she knew she was in the wrong… Unbelievable nobody should ever be talked to in a work place like that… That manager needs to be fired. ???

I ordered an iced coffee (drive through). The lady opened up the window and gave me coffee without the straw and closed the window without asking if I needed anything else.
I knocked on the window twice but she kept ignoring me. For a good 1min, I wait at the drive-through window only for the straw. After a minute she opened the window and rudely asked "What do you want now?" She was literally so rude. I asked for the straw that she gave me and again she slammed the window on my face. Her behavior was bad. She shouldn't be in the customer service line. I wish I knew her name and mention her here, so she gets fired as soon as possible. I can't imagine anyone can be this rude to customers!! Management should take notice as other people are also complaining about her!

On 2/25/2024 early morning, I FINALLY had to go in, in-person to complain (after weeks) abput an employee who has been extremely rude when taking my order. As soon as i went in to ask who took my order, a lovely lady pointed out who took my order. She said the lady who took my orders was named "Yolanda" and called her. Yolanda then approched me and I told her that she should be kinder when taking my order. I told her i was a frequent customer who came through and that this was not the first time she was rude and had an inappropriate tone while taking my order. Yolanda replied, "this is how I talk, if you don't like it, take it to the manager" and kept saying it repeatedly. She dismissed me and walked away. Unbelievable behavior!!!This employee is unprofessional, looks disheveled and should not be handling food. She is unapprochable and appears angry all the time. By my observations the staff there look like they are all scared of her and are afraid to approach her as well.Someone should definitely investigate this woman and how she is treating colleagues as well.. She should not be working with people, she is unprofessional and she has a horrible attitude. I am going directly to the regional manager. This is not ok.
