On 2/25/2024 early morning, I FINALLY had to go in, in-person to complain (after weeks) abput an employee who has been extremely rude when taking my order. As soon as i went in to ask who took my order, a lovely lady pointed out who took my order. She said the lady who took my orders was named "Yolanda" and called her. Yolanda then approched me and I told her that she should be kinder when taking my order. I told her i was a frequent customer who came through and that this was not the first time she was rude and had an inappropriate tone while taking my order. Yolanda replied, "this is how I talk, if you don't like it, take it to the manager" and kept saying it repeatedly. She dismissed me and walked away. Unbelievable behavior!!!This employee is unprofessional, looks disheveled and should not be handling food. She is unapprochable and appears angry all the time. By my observations the staff there look like they are all scared of her and are afraid to approach her as well.Someone should definitely investigate this woman and how she is treating colleagues as well.. She should not be working with people, she is unprofessional and she has a horrible attitude. I am going directly to the regional manager. This is not ok.

Poor customer service… This used to be our favorite store but then if you come in the afternoon the order is wrong every single time. So… 2 miles down the road you find out that you have sugar in your coffee when you’re a diabetic which is a big problem. Lots of kids in there screwing around but not paying attention to properly servicing the customers. We no longer go there. terrible customer service custo

I tried to add drink to my order because I forgot the drinks, they told me I can’t do that in the window. I don’t received my receipt either terrible service. December 23, 2023 around 9:15 A.M.

Pretty sure this is why Dunkin is Failing. Not saying I blame her for NGAF , but there was one other employee. Just one. Remember walking into D&D as a kid? They use to make donuts there. Now they are brought in from a Shlt hole by Ward Hill. Fred is rolling over in his grave. He woke up every day, 4 am , time to make the donuts. Now you can't even go inside. Drive through only. So, glad to see this ship sink. I buy my own Carmel Sauce, cold brew my own coffee. It's like $3.75 for a med ice regular. How is coffee cheaper in Massachusetts, then NH?

Most disgusting thing I’ve ever experienced at a dunks, took my second sip of my hot chocolate and a piece of some sort of plastic goes straight into my mouth. Can’t make this up. Tried calling them when I got to work to get refunded or compensated and have called 6 times with no answer. Do not go here.

This Dunks on the corner of Albion & North Ave is the BEST one for miles. They always make your coffee right and always very nice and friendly. Love this Dunks.

I don’t really know what is happening with that location, I used to get a good service there but recently I order thro the app, I go there they don’t know what’s the order and the ask me, and I have to wait till they make it. Also they give me wrong orders.
