The Dunkin app states "Order ahead Monday and get extra points"... They don't have enough staff to unlock the front door to get your order anyways.....huge waste of time to go sit in the drive thru regardless.

Stopped in to buy gift cards. Unfortunately not all stores show the associates how to load multiple cards, but I wasn't in a hurry and they weren't too busy.

My wrap was made cold and not even put together... i was the only 1 in the drive threw so this is unacceptable that they didn't even make a effort ... ?

Never have cold brew in the afternoon!! Not sure why they don't have more. Only dunks I go to with no cold brew. Drive through is abysmally slow. New shop opening across the street. Can't wait

I really do like their frozen coffee ( no whipped cream ). The slight problem I am having is that they seem to be running out of plain doughnuts and when I do get one it's a little on the stale side. They always have to stop my order and check on availability of this doughnut. I really didn't think this doughnut was that popular anymore. Also, the employee that speaks on the microphone when you order has to speak slower, louder and clearly, us old folk can't hear or understand you.

The guy in the drivethru wouldn’t serve us because he claimed he couldn’t hear us so when I spoke up for him he claimed I was yelling at him. His attitude and demeanor is very unprofessional. Will never bring my service to you again.
