At 5:30 AM I sat in drive thru line for 15 minutes just to reach the order screen and be told” WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING DRIVE THRU ORDERS , YOU HAVE TO COME IN”If your employee can’t handle the s in the drive thru , perhaps you should pull him off customer service.”I am disgusted at the lack of courtesy , class and work ethic in this location . I wasted my time to be treated that way .

Went through there last night with my girlfriend. I don't know what it is about the night time crew at this Dunkin' Donuts but they don't know what the hell they're doing. I mean we had our entire order screwed up. I think the guy that was taking the orders was as high as a kite.
