Made a mobile order at 7:12pm, come to store 10 minutes later and it’s closed. I am a manager at another dunkin and I have never experienced this type of disrespect from anyone in my life. I believe her name was jasmine, said manager can’t help me, they can’t make my two coffees and support is the only one that can help. I don’t understand how they close an hour earlier and every else including the app says they close at 8pm. Horrible first time here and last.

I went into a stop and shop in malden MA today to get Dunks for my old co-workers at AutoZone. I would never go back to that location There is a dunk on Eastern ave. I would go there before I ever stepped foot at the one in Stop & Shop.

Friday, June 20, 2025 at 7:24pm. The store hours are posted that they close at 8. When I arrived at 7:24pm they were already closed. If the close time says 8pm that's when they're supposed to close not an hour before. I understand people want to get home but this is extremely unprofessional. I did have a conversation with one of the workers and she was very unpleasant. She was screaming at me thru the drive thru speaker and also telling me I didnt understand how it works. I tried to explain that I do understand as I used to be a dunkin employee. There's another dunkin that closes at 8 and they stay open until 8 this is the only one I've come across that does this and it's crazy how they're allowed to do this.

got my order wrong and went back inside to get the right order because i got the food for the younger kids with me and the entire time was hearing some employees complaining and at some point heard "never wanted to punch someone so bad in my life"

They're usually so sweet and gets my order right but they messed up my order twice now :( asked for two bec wraps and they gave me no bacon. Then I asked for two orders of the bagel minis everything and they gave me one and it was plain
