I’d give zero stars if I could. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese along with some other food and when I checked the bag I realized there was no cream cheese. I went back less than 5 minutes later and ordered another bagel and explained to the lady I didn’t get a cream cheese for my other bagel and asked if it was possible if I can get a cream cheese for it. The manger yelled at us and the people working in there. Over cream cheese…. It’s really embarrassing and sad to know a manger would yell at her employees over a mistake anyone can make. She basically called us a liar and told us to give our bag of food back so she could check herself. We happily did so even though I think that isn’t allowed and still argued over not giving us a cream cheese. I wouldn’t recommend going there if that manager is there and one of their employees makes a simple common mistake. I hope Management really looks into that manager because it’s seriously concerning that she can’t get a grip over her own emotions due to a mistake an employee made.

Crazy, they close an hour before normal hours, you have to do something about this because that store closes at 8pm, not at 7pm, if you can't lock the store, don't work on it, you need to make this report

I just left that is a Dunkin Donuts customer service is really bad I was cursed off because I told him that my coffee was too dark and the guy said a bad word to me so I defended myself and I was not going to stay there to wait for my food because I know that we're going to spit on it this is the worst Dunkin' donuts ever this is how you treat your customers
