I live across the street from here and I will still travel to the other side of Methuen to get Dunks. Everytime I order at the Haverhill Street Dunks in Methuen, I have a bad experience. The coffee tastes like old, burnt garbage, the food is cold, and to get a donut of your liking, they give you the biggest attitude, over a donut. The customer service there is terrible. This location absolutely sucks. 8/10 times the order is wrong even after they repeat it correctly. They're incredibly slow. That's my biggest complaint. Their younger team members can't address the customers properly. Don't waste your time at this one.
