First off, they took so long to give the drinks. The cup had caramel smeared all over the place, and when I grabbed the cup it was really sticky. When they gave me my other drink, I asked for a large, they gave a medium, and I saw that they just poured it into a large cup and filled it with extra ice.

I honestly don’t know how this Dunkin’ is still in business. Does any supervisor even read the reviews? This has been the slowest and most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced. They made me wait forever—you’ll stand there while employees walk right past you without taking your order. My sandwich was still frozen in the middle, and the coffee was as sweet as straight honey. When I complained, an employee told me, “That’s what you ordered, we can’t help you.”
The staff here clearly doesn’t care about the store’s reputation—no professionalism, no respect. While I was inside, all I saw was them yelling at customers and blasting random music loudly, this things let me avoid coming to this shop forever.

People who work here show no respect, I ordered my latte, and a sandwich, and they didn’t make it. When I tried to figured out what happened they started to yell at me, and threatened me to leave or to call the police, cause they didn’t do any mistake, and they can’t see my order, bear in mind I paid inside with debit card. After 20 minutes I got my drinks, but they kept talking about me in a terrible way. How could a customer treated in this way ????

This was the worst Dunkin’ I have ever visited. I went in, placed my order, and waited more than 20 minutes—nothing was prepared. When I went to ask about it, the staff were extremely rude. The two men working there, along with the manager, spoke to me in a very disrespectful way, telling me, if you don’t like our service, go somewhere else. You have two minutes to order again or leave.” I told them I had already ordered and paid, and they said they couldn’t see my order. This location just needs to be closed at this point. Born in raised in Mass, I’ve been to my fair share of Dunkin locations. This location is by far the worst I have experienced. So slow. My order always has something missing. Zero pride in the work being done. Corporate needs to come in and clean up this location. To the manager, this is a direct reflection of your leadership.

I really don’t want to leave a review but i came in an ordered the $6 meal deal and the lady at the front desk didn’t speak good English so i tried my best to just order my coffee i said 4 French vanilla and regular cream and then i want the sandwich on a croissant and i wanted to pay $5 on card and the rest in cash she completely did as i asked in the best way she could it was great she deserves a lot more, but i was waiting for my food and 2 people who came after me got their food so I decided to give it 10 min as soon as it was 10 minutes since I bought i said im really sorry to bother you I just saw people after me get their food and I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes and i did tip I understand things are busy when you have a chance could you make my food and the nastiest thing to say in customer service she started accusing me of stealing and that why did i wait this long and screaming at me other customers are looking at me to just like let her be because she’s kinda mentally ill or whatever but I just think it was very rude and she did not want to make my food and when she did it was cold and gross but I appreciate the effort and I told her to have a nice day she seemed like she was having a bad day but if I’m the nicest respectful person I work at Dunkin too so I understand how stressful it could be if she snapped on me she’s definitely snapping on other people and maybe she shouldn’t work in a job where she needs to interact with people

I ordered the halloween spider donut and first they didnt give it to me because they “forgot” and when I said I was missing something they said “the donut right?” then said they were making it only to give me this. It was still good but I’m upset that I had to pull over to check my bag since this location has done these things before. Just say you don’t have anymore and provide me something else rather than me giving away money.
