Absolutely disgusting. Not only did they tell me after paying that they had no more bagels but gave me a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant with HAIR in it. My coffee also sucked. 0/10 do not recommend at all. Don’t forget the slow service. I was in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Ridiculous.

They’ve never gotten my orders wrong but with how long it takes to get a single coffee I avoid going here as much as I can there’s been multiple times I ordered something and had to leave because it’d take 20+ minutes and I’d be late for work.. this dunkin is badly understaffed as well

I never do this but damn worse dunks I’ve ever been too to be honest. In the past 2 months I’ve gone there about 5 times. Order is always made wrong. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and there was no egg in it that happened twice???? Another time I ordered a macchiato and they gave me a regular coffee with 1 caramel and 1 expresso with no milk?? That’s not a macchiato. Another time they had me and others wait in line about half hour with a line of cars just to tell me and every one waiting there’s nothing to order thats cooked instead of putting a sign outside so I left. And most of time the cashiers just look at you when you pull up and don’t say a word.Who is running that place??

I'm not sure who is working or managing this Dunks. They are the slowest one I've been to. Currently stuck in the drive through line for 20 over minutes for 2 coffees and a 2 donuts. There are still 3 cars ahead of us. We've been stuck here so long at where you order that they asked us our order as if we were a new car. EDIT: Grand total of 50 minutes waiting. Avoid this place.
If you have plenty of time to kill and enjoy watching people fill up gas next door this place is for you, otherwise I'd check out any other Dunks. Driving to the next town over and ordering would be quicker than waiting in line here.

I have been sitting in the drive thru line for a half an hour. Haven’t moved. Sadly this isn’t the first time I have heard of this happening at this location. We were sitting in the car waiting so long that they asked for our order (2 coffees and 2 donuts) again, thinking we were new costumers. Go literally anywhere else cause this is insane.
