Absolutely disgusting,HORRIBLE SERVICE,HORRIBLE FOOD. Went through the Drive through on a Saturday afternoon, took like 20 Minutes, The Gangster thug wearing a Rag in his head, didn’t even try to be professional, Food was ice Cold, items where missing, No napkins,No receipt, My Family was horrified. Corporate needs to take action immediately.

Made and ordered 20 minutes in advance because I know they like to take forever goofying around. Hit there the drink was ready but the food wasn’t waited 10 more minutes kept on playing around, no one asked me if I needed anything or even acknowledged my presence. I had work in 10 so I had to leave. I just gave up and left, never got my food (the drink was lowkey gross to so I just tossed it) so there goes my money wasted. It’s just really frustrating and sickening how some people just don’t care about others people time or money.
This type of BS has happened multiple times but I didn’t want to write anything because I don’t like being petty but this is just wrong.

Horrible customer service, at the window the girl working doesn’t say anything, just stares. I paid in cash and didn’t give me the 80 cents. Yeah it’s just change, whatever, but that’s almost a dollar… and that’s my money not yours to balance your register. At least say “I’m sorry we don’t have change” This girl just hands me the coffee, the bills, and just walks away. No “have a nice day”, no explanation, just staring like she’s on something. I had half a mind to stay there but it’s not worth it to waste time and energy over these people. Not going here again

I placed a mobile order and when I got to the window I was only given my drinks when I was still missing all of my food and donuts and the window was shut in my face, the cashier had a rude attitude and only repeated the words “what else” in an aggressive tone when I said I was missing items, after I told her that I was missing one specific item I was told that the item is out of stock and I could receive a refund through the app. Then the window was shut again without me receiving my donuts. My latte was cold and half empty, the hash browns were burnt and lukewarm at the same time and the overall experience gets worse every visit

They have one job, and can’t even do their one job right. They are so rude, the manager would be right there and he wouldn’t even have the audacity to correct his employees. Train your employees to have a positive attitude not a stank one. Will not be returning to this Dunkin’s full of ratchets who wake up on the wrong side of the bed and wanna take it out on their customers.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting the worst I've ever seen at any dunkin donuts looks like it haven't been cleaned it weeks.

They can NEVER get the order right. Few times we had to wait in line for more than 30-40 minutes while the workers were laughing, talking loudly on their phones and not paying attention to the people! Mimi bagels are 10 out of 10 times frozen inside.

The other day I witnessed an employee sticking her finger in the clients food without gloves and giving the same client attitude saying she can stick her finger wherever she wants ...shocking part is the manager told the client, that had all right to complain about their food being frozen AND had a dirty finger stuck in it, that the client had to calm down! Horrible management , Worse store ever!

Don’t go here if you value your sanity. The workers here are beyond slow, and don’t give a damn. 3 cars ahead of me at the drive thru. After waiting 15 minutes for the first 2 cars to get their orders, finally gave up. Went to the McDonald’s and got my coffee there.

As someone who was born and raised in Massachusetts, and has traveled around the country, I am always seeking Dunkin'. As such, I have been to several locations (too many to count) and this one is by far the worst Dunkin' someone can go to. I wish I could say this is a recent trend, but to be frank, the service and reliability has always been sub-par, and has somehow gotten worse over the years.

When going to this location you can count on a few things:
1. Unacceptably slow service
2. Inconsistent customer service
3. Missing items (which they won't let you know when ordering at the drive thru until you make your way to the pickup window)

Honestly, this has been so disappointing over the years that I go out of my way to purchase at a different Dunkin' (Favorite: Pelham St. Methuen) even if it means adding a little bit to my morning commute. I hope this location can find a way to improve, but I do not see that happening.
