They suck so bad 25 minutes for a bagel and it was so cold they have no respect and so rude to the customers. Highly recommend don’t go there. I wouldn’t even give them a one star, but it makes you terrible service.

This morning I got a baconeggandcheese and when I got to work and opened it, it was all burnt. Had to throw it.
I come here almost daily. The coffee is hot or miss. Some days they are very flavorful other times it's colorful water with cream. Chicken & Roasted Pepper Wrap is my go to in the mornings at times it tastes like it is just put in a microwave and heated other times it is toasted to perfectly. I normally order online but many times when we get to the window it's as if they don't have a computer screen or receipt to read what items to serve. Everything is quickly corrected at the window.
Gave this Dunks location one last chance. Lost curbside order, asked a worker who came out to check on it, and he ignored me, then when I came in after waiting some more and gave them my name to check they sang a middle school jingle to make fun of it. Really? Re-placed my order, got more attitude from the cashier, and got a burned bagel.

I'm baffled at how bad the service was. The ambiance was actually nice inside the store but the guy yelling for us to go to the ATM ruined that. I didn't get a chance to try the food because it was cash only and I came in with a card.

the WORST customer service i've ever encountered in my life and I didn't even get to buy anything. I drove up to the drive through and asked if i can do 2 orders and immediately the man said "not at drive through go inside" in the meanest tone. when i proceeded to go inside and waited in line he glared at me and saw that I had a card in my hand and rolled his eyes and said "uh oh they have cardsthere's an atm over there since we don't take card." He was the same man from the drive through window and was so rude to my face both times without mentioning that they didn't take card. he was a white mane who seemed gay and had white hair. VERY HORRIBLE AND WOULD NEVER GO BACK EVER AGAIN!! I was warned but i didn't listen.

Morning staff are have a fast skill to serve the costumer but afternoon staff are pretty slow. I walked in and there were 3 employees but none of them took my order not even asked me to wait. I waited for 6 minutes and one of the employees, a lady, walked by the counter and just ignored me. 3 employees unable to take my order and it wasn't busy.
