The woman working the window on January 31 around 12:30 had a major attitude problem, forgot a food item and forgot a cream cheese for another food item. The food stuff happens, I understand but the attitude was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

Look forward to my coffee and bagel every Sunday after church and today was a disappointment as the new person screwed up the order. I wanted a toasted multi grain bagel with veggie cream cream. Did not get that and was very disappointment.

Wow what a crew to have! Amazing workers who dedicate themselves to learn and work harder than the previous shifts! Hats off to the team who stays consistent. Got me a new Dunkin spot to go to. Not just that; there's a convenient store and post office all in the same building! Community is great and am welcomed from the regulars and workers who show up everyday!
I ordered my food, which came to $12. I gave the guy two one dollar bills and a twenty. He put the bills into his cash register drawer then insisted that I had given him a ten instead of a twenty. I told him I was sure it was a twenty but, of course, I had no proof. HIGHWAY ROBBERY.
