Placed a order online for the strawberry dragonfruit refresher. When i went to pick order up i was told they are out of that flavor and they recommended the new guava refresher. It was ok but i wouldn’t get it again. Wish i knew what i wanted was out of stock as i already paid for it but sooo not a big deal. I’ll deff be back. Drink says what i originally ordered. Not what i actually received.

Got bagels two days in a row, first time they didn’t do cream cheese but made me pay for it, and then today they are sloppy with it and Barely put any on. if ur gonna make me pay just put it on the bagel 👍😀

The service is absolutely amazing every time, but the food is absolutely always barely hot and often has cold spots all over the egg and cheese, it’s been like this consistently for months. Not only this, but the coffee is very inconsistent with flavor despite being the same prep every time, sometimes it’s delicious, but most of the time it tastes extremely burnt and doesn’t get drank at all. I just wish it was more consistent with quality, but as I said the service and atmosphere are top knotch

I didn’t realize the time and I accidentally came through before they closed and I didn’t end up ordering anything so I drove through and the lady at the window threw paper at me and yelled swears just for coming through.

Waited long for an online order despite the facts that no one was inside and only two cars in the drive thru. They always closing one hour early @7pm despite the website saying they close at 8pm.
Always quick and accurate with my order in the morning. When I go in the employees are always friendly! By far the best Dunkins I've visited in the Methuen, Lawerence and Haverhill locations.
