Just went for my coffee with my sister. She always gets the toasted white chocolate syrup in her iced coffee. Unfortunately, they were out of it so she promptly changed her order. I then went to go order my iced coffee with the white hazelnut bark (completely not knowing that it used that same syrup) I was then rudely interrupted by the white male with a bun in his hair “I just told you we don’t have that” then someone took over as I rudely replied back that how was I supposed to know that it used the same syrup? Only reason I left any stars at all is the lady who took care of us at the actual window. Also didn’t appreciate the 15 year old blonde laughing in our face as she was making our coffee. Don’t worry hun we saw you here’s your 5 seconds of fame

Doing it Hard
The drive-through is always backed up during daytime hours. I hate this because I feel like it creates air pollution for the entire neighborhood! But if you take the energy to actually get out of your car and go to the counter, I’ve always had great service at this location!

Went through drive through. Server gave me the wrong order and it wasn't even close! Wrapped napkins around my drink so I was unable to view the contents until after I took the first sip. The line wasn't even long, just laziness!

I ordered a drink, sandwich and hash browns. This weekday AM crew found a way to mess up my drink and sandwich. Also, they over charged me until I brought it to their attention.

Could be better. Idk if it's that they are slow in the mornings, or if its all the work from home Karen's in the drive thru buying 4-5 complicated special coffees at a time. Do a mobile order and walk in lol. Drive thru is for normal people just trying to get to work with one coffee. I only stop here if theres no line. Cause of there is, it barely moves
