Today July 13 2025. Terrible customer service. Our orders were completely wrong. Attitude over the phone while asking what I could do with the incorrect drink & laughing when I asked for the manager. Not only was it the wrong drink, it tasted horrible. Why would someone substitute lychee jelly for syrup. Over all ghetto

At an easy to access location, this going cha is one of the few large chain boba options in the area.
It is largely operated by students and can be quite slow at times even for single orders. Typically orders are correct and quite tasty, but may be sticky due to not being wiped off.
This going cha is one I'll definitely be returning to, but I can't help but wish it was a Kung Foo tea for their expanded options.

I thought I’d stop in to get a tea, I have not had boba in awhile and do not know a whole lot about it. I asked the lady at the counter what was popular and if she could make any recommendations. She was very very uninterested in helping and very annoyed that I didn’t know what I wanted. *also it was 4pm and literally no one else was in there except me and the 3 workers* after reading the menu and ordering a drink it took them 10min to make the drink. So needless to say I will not be getting an 8$ boba tea where the workers are annoyed, rude, slow, and can’t make a simple recommendation or even explain the menu in the slightest bit. People like this are making 15/hr and have zero customer service skills and could at least try making the customer feel welcome. I gave it two stars bc the tea was actually really good

They said strawberry milk was popular so i ordered it, it tasted like sour milk and the strawberry wasnt mixed in, and didnt mix after stirring. They refused to help me or switch drinks. It was $7 for a crappy drink that wasnt even mixed, the boba didnt taste fully cooked either, very crunchy. Poor service. I ended up throwing it away and wasting my money, didnt even walk out with any drink im hand. The workers were not great about and didnt help the experience.

I tried the strawberry milk tea and taro Boba, and both were delicious!
Hate having to do this but this location used to be good and I frequently came here; they regularly got their drink orders right....but now its consistent that they have been messing up drinks. I would like to have my drink sealed to enjoy when I get back home instead of having to try it when I order it to make sure the order was done right. Occasional mistakes happen, but this is 3, 4, 5 times in a row. Even after mentioning that my previous order was done wrong when ordering, it got messed up AGAIN. The boba now is always flavorless, cooked without any sugar, the drinks, whether I ask for 30% sweet, 50% sweet, normal 100% sweet, ALL GETS MADE UNSWEETENED.The enthusiasm of the workers is still there, the staff are very nice, but someone making drinks and making the boba is messing up everything EACH time a drink is made. Please bring back the consistency when drinks were made right. This place would have been a 4 star location but now I wouldn't even give them 0 stars for how often the drinks are made badly. I spend here too often to have to feel like I'm wasting my money on nasty tasting drinks and to feel like I need to find a new store further away from me.

Ordered a milk tea with 50% less sugar, but it's disappointingly too sweet, and the flavor doesn't compare to other Gongcha franchises. The $7 price for a medium boba milk tea feels excessively high. Although the server is speedy, the preparation seems careless. The flavors come across as artificial and odd. I wouldn't recommend this place or consider going back.
