Been going here for probably 50 years (wow do I feel old saying that). Their doughnuts are great with lots of filling. Can’t have them too often, gotta keep that blood sugar under control. Had a sausage egg and cheese which was very good. Not a coffee drinker, but I am told they have good coffee.Parking: Large strip mall parking lot, you should find a space without too much issue.

6/10 - Used to be my favorite breakfast sandwich, bagels are not quality anymore, dry and flavorless. Iced coffee is still good. The customer service and staff just don’t seem to care anymore ?♂️ $9.50 for sandwich and medium iced coffee.

When the workers laugh at customers for ordering a drink. Sorry you don't know your cup sizes for coffee. You shouldn't work for a coffee shop if you can't even remember a cup oz size. I will never return to a place that makes fun of someone who wants coffee a certain way. Horrible service! Very unprofessional.

Place is getting to be like Dunkins, a donut shop with no donuts. Went to TopDonuts down the street same time of day and they had plenty!
I highly recommend waiting ten minutes after they open during the week. They rarely open exactly at 4 and if at the drive thru before they turn on the headset you’ll be waiting there for a bit. Rest of the service is fine

Wow we're do I start lol. The afternoon workers at this location September 22nd were so rude lazy and had the brain of an ant. Was ordering a coffee through the speaker and when wanted to change one some other worker interrupted yelled at us saying they "already made it what do we want". Then when wanting to buy some donut holes we're told they already put them away . Quite the funny experience will never go back.

I visited the store on Merrimack Street in Methuen. I enjoyed an egg sandwich with bacon and cheese on a croissant. I also bought a chocolate croissant, jelly stick and a Boston cream to take home. They're donuts & pastry are the best around.
