The subs here are HUGE! HUGE I TELL YA! Very clean establishment, the staff are friendly, and the food is awesome! I went for a Big Kahuna....which is now my favorite! Ordered as giant, and kept me full for the day! Highly recommend this place!

I don’t normally review chain restaurants but this is a rare exception I need to make. I love this Jersey Mike’s location. The subs are always delicious. The store is always clean. Their rewards system is great. The staff are all nice, friendly, and personable which is rare in this day and age. In fact, I had an issue last week where my delivery order was stolen by the DoorDash driver. They made me a new sandwich for free and apologized despite it not technically being their fault. I can’t recommend this place enough. Whoever is managing it is doing a great job.

“Jersey Mike’s has always been one of my go-to spots. The food is fresh, the subs are packed with flavor, and the bread is always soft. The staff is really friendly and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Service is quick, and everything tastes like it’s made with care. Definitely one of the best sandwich places around.”

Took the time the day prior to place an order for pick up the next day
Guess what? No order… 5 people working and noone knew or gave a shit where the order was or the fact that I placed it ans give 24 hours for 3 sandwiches…
I’ve been before and wasn’t overly impressed and only placed this order because I had a gift card… I will never go back to this establishment

When I tell you I have been absolutely blown away, bamboozled, and honestly had “my socks knocked off” by the sheer deliciousness of my sub — you would think that I’m lying. Jersey Mike’s in Methuen, MA: a place I never thought would be this good. I entered the store with only one thing on my mind: my hunger. It was a slow Wednesday afternoon, and my stomach was feeling quite empty after the regular festivities of my day-to-day life. I was greeted by a young man named Isaiah. He immediately, eagerly stepped up to my service, inquiring which sub would appease my hunger best. I had him surprise me, as I wanted it the absolutely authentic Mike’s way — so authentic one might call it Michael’s way. Isaiah proceeded to then craft his artisan sub, meticulously placing each ingredient and carefully applying the condiments. He called it: The Liriano”. He placed it into my bag and charged me accordingly. My wallet may have been dented, but my appetite is far from it. After eating this sandwich, I only have one thing on my mind — When can I return and be blessed with another sub from Isaiah, or some would say, “The Liriano.”

I’ve never been to a more confused and unhelpful jersey mikes. Couldn’t figure out my order even tho I’m literally telling them. Please don’t come to this location until they figure out how to properly communicate
