This place is an absolute JOKE !!!!! I called to get an order delivered 9 minutes away from their business 9 minutes!!!!! I am at the hospital can’t physically go there otherwise I would of , They had me place an ENTIRE ORDER to call me back and say I don’t travel 9 minutes away from my business to deliver?!? What a joke !!! I felt so bad for the girl the manager made her call me instead of doing it himself as a professional manager at ANY BUSINESS should and do that not your regular employees he was next to her bullying her what to say I told her to tell him I said he’s a loser! He should have called and delt with it I was not being disrespectful but this place is a joke !!!!!!!!!!!! There’s a no order folder haha now they can be part of that proudly!!!!!!!

This place never disappoints, everything from the Pizza, calzones, wings to the Salads…. everything is so delicious!My mom loves the chicken wings and I can say that they are the best I had ever had!The pizzas are always so tasty and I just love how saucy they are!

Used to be the "go-to" pizza place, not only for me but my large family & friends. Both service and quality have drastically declined as prices have seriously increased. Whatever you do, don't order within a half hour of closing or they will give you whatever scraps they have left- if they get it right at all! They shut down the kitchen early so they can leave. So many times I get my order home to find out it's wrong. If they have to remake it they give you the absolute worst quality possible! And don't offer to deliver it. I thought maybe it changed hands but that's not the case. Maybe the owner needs to get back into the shop to see these issues first hand. It's time to find a better pizza place and there are PLENTY around!! I'm not heading back after 20+ years of patronage.

A Job Well Done ? Now that's Real Quick Service and Food Stuffs Like I Wanted. Quick and on the run ?♂️ all I wanted was a couple slices of pizza ? being Quick and on the fly it was about getting fast food and going. I walked in and there was only one slice left. All ready to pay for it myself cash ? in hand. Guy behind the counter says FREE and to come back again and I was on my way... Service was fast friendly funny and smooth like I wanted...I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this place to anyone if you find yourself in this area. Just an out of towner passing through.10 stars ? Great Job. Shane

Anytime we are in MA we absolutely have to stop by Mano's. I love the cheeseburger calzone. Insane amount of food for a great prize. The pizza is perfect.If you have never been, go now.

As faithful (literally almost daily for the company) customers I thought I’d be met with a solution or accommodation for an error made on their behalf yesterday.. but met with dead air after explaining the issue of a MEATBALL AND STEAK AND CHEESE SUB BEING PUT TOGETHER, like marinara sauce with meatballs, and then steak and cheese with peppers and onions on top of said meatball and marinara sauce.. although no one ordered a meatball sub.. took a pic also if needed.. truly saddened by that encounter with the lady who picked up. I guess maybe I should’ve demanded a free sub vs thinking an error could be rectified. :( one less order from us. Sorry I don’t get to eat my lunch and saved it for dinner just in case any confusion on the delay. The delivery drivers are absolutely awesome so 5 stars are for them :)
