I chose this McDonald's because: A) We were on our way to an event nearby B) My kids wanted McDonald's french fries 🍟 C) This McDonald's had the better Google Maps reviews out of the three McDonald's in Methuen. The food is, well, McDonald's. My kids love 💗 the french fries 🍟. I will only eat at a McDonald's if I am really hungry, which I was. I ordered online and the wait for our food was reasonable. They got most of the orders correct. My issue with the drink order was minor. They did include ketchup and napkins in the orders. I asked politely for our table to be wiped down because the previous customers were a little messy. An associate did and it was appreciated. Another associate came out later and wiped down the other tables. Not all of the associates speak 🗣️ English which can make communication a little challenging. The outside parking 🅿️ area was in good condition. This McDonald's was better than I expected.

The fries were really cold cold, I understand when come a little xoxo but I couldn’t eat it, also the sandwich I put not cut pickles and there were pickles and the person was allegic to pickles next time please kitchen be carefully when food have some specific stuff and not cheese when I put cheese

Went through the drive-thru on my last visit. New staff, I noticed, so customer service is getting better. Glad they're adding napkins in the bags for drive- thru customers. Looks like no more, no napkin trips lol. But prices for me are still an issue for this franchise. 2 drive thru lanes available. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner peak hours are typically visit busy. Not noticing much usage for the number pickup spots. Inside is usually clean. Table, booth seating. Handicap accessible. I have also not noticed a sign for the deaf regarding picture menu's. I hope that changes!

Every time I order on the drive thru they’re always forgetting an item. Today marks the straw with me. I ordered for delivery and they forgot the 10 peace nuggets that was in a meal and they forgot the juice box from the kids meal. The staff gotta check the orders twice before they send anything out!

Terrible service. Truly awful. The workers there are lazy and slow. They take their time wasting other people’s time. They don’t seem to care about their customers at all. When I was ordering there, some lady looked at me like if I was insane when I said, where is my order. Not knowing, I’m also bilingual, she was speaking Spanish to another person in there saying to not worry about my order as he was trying to help me get my order. Is this the kind of staff you guys hire? Is this what you guys promote? It’s ridiculous. Not to mention, Not to mention there was a very long line in the drive-through and inside
I waited for literally 30 mins, spoke to the microphone and even went to every window and no one answered, when I pulled up to the last window I saw someone there and they didn’t even acknowledged me.

Stopped in here to use the restroom. It had a sink, urinals, and private toilets. The toilet paper was white. Surprisingly, they also had a restroom for women but I didn't use that one. Thanks!
