I love this location FOR PICKUP but I will say certain employees need to have dashers CONFIRM orders before just handing customers food off to them. It’s completely a waste of time when the dashers unassigned their selves and customers are waiting around for imaginary food to arrive!

I don't know what's going on in this McDonald's location that you order something and they put in the order like everything wrong.... And when you ask them what's happened with your order they laugh in in your face... Looks like the training for employees are very poor.. . I don't sell drugs on Street. .. I work very hard to buy something to eat..... McDonald's should finish the franchise in this location quickly....

I visit McDonald's everyday. The only reason I go there is to get coffee, I feel they make the best coffee once you can get them to make it the way you like it took a little while but we finally got there, I can't give you ratings on the atmosphere inside of McDonald's because I never go in I always use a drive-thru and 95% of the time the people are awesome!! And now that they make my coffee the way I like it which it didn't take too long I always go there You can't get it any cheaper or any better that quickly dunkin' donuts I used to go to but I actually like McDonald's coffee better and It's a heck of a lot cheaper. For people out there that like sugar in their coffee and they feel that McDonald's doesn't do it right You have to tell them to use liquid sugar and it will be perfect.

Friendly smiles, efficient service, and the staff was incredibly patient with my kids – a huge plus for parents! My order was quick and accurate, and the food was brought to my table with a smile. The FOOD was hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. Perfectly crispy fries, a juicy McChicken, and happy kids with their Happy Meals. Exactly what you crave when you want McDonald's! The LOCATION is convenient with ample parking and a clean, comfortable dining area. This McDonald's is also fantastic for KIDS! Place went under renovation but it sucks the employees are all hiding in the back people waiting for service and always missing items 😒
Girl at the window rushed me and gave attitude the whole order. If I didn’t respond in 2 seconds she’d raise her voice in the mic to say “HELLOOO.” When I was at the window, I went to use reward points on the app and she once again says “hellooo” while holding my drink once again being rushed. I didn’t use my points either because it was to the point I just wanted to get my food and leave. My fries are cold and my Big Mac looks like if it was just thrown in the box and they called it a night. I’ve come to the McDonald’s a couple times around this time and never dealt with this type of stuff.

The language barrier made our visit stressful. Went through the drive thru. The order was wrong and we have a food allergy and there was cheese on the food. Had to go into the restaurant and get a new breakfast sandwich. Having to go inside and get the correct sandwich made is late.

I ordered a large cup of ice and they said they can’t sell me a cup of ice because they’re almost out of ice. Mind you, it was only 1pm. So I went to the Dunkin dounuts across the street from us and bought a cup of ice. Who runs out of ice!!!?
