Fast food? Yeah sure the only thing fast is how quickly they take your $ then ask you to pull up and wait. Literally the only fast food place that has to have five designated spots because they are slow af. Listen you had 8 mins while I sat in line to get my food ready I am asked to pull up almost every time I come here. And I’m sorry if there is people pulling out of the drive thru because your English is so broken maybe you shouldn’t be working the drive thru.

DO NO GO HERE if you like to use mobile orders in the drive through. Two times now I placed my order before stopping by and drove there, my app said food was picked up before I got there and they cannot 'find my order' and even when you show them receipts of your orders in the app and in my email they did not want to give me my food. After having to go inside both times fill the order but im sure that was to get me to go away. I have not had this issue at any other Mcdonalds.

The remodel took away the drink fountain. Now they can skimp on refills that cost them less than a penny. I imagine this is the future for all dine in fast food going forward, so why would I come here versus a real restaurant where you get better food and your drink topped off?

In a hurry, I ordered at the drive through. I noticed that both cars ahead of me were pulled over, waiting. So when I got to the pickup window I asked if I'd have to wait. They said yes. I just left. Didn't have time.

Place was dirty and Spanish music (I think) was blaring. I got up and left. If the owner wonders why sales may be down sloppy sandwiches, dirty eating area, having to wait for register person to get off the cell phone, filthy rest room and blaring Mexican music might have something to do with it!!

I'm not sure reviews on McDonald's even count but this has got to be the slowest McDonald's in Massachusetts. Right now there are 6 cars pulled to the side waiting on Drive thru orders. I keep wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt but dang 5 visits in a row.. pulled to the side.

The employees are always great but this McDonald's really shouldn't be operating as it currently stands. The women's bathroom reeks of sewage, the restaurant itself smells, and there's no AC. All of these issues have been going on for at least a couple months now and none of them have been addressed.

First I went to the drive thru to order a coffee, they told me they didn't have coffee. the person who served me made fun of my accent. I didn't know they speak Spanish and I can't go to a place speaking a language when I'm in another country. enter the store to see Because they didn't have coffee, a Macdonald without coffee seemed strange to me. then they told me that they had to prepare it that it took 4 to 5 minutes and I told them that I would wait for it. I think the manager or owner should review this staff.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald’s ever. It is ridiculous how long the wait is at the counter just to place an order. I don’t think they realize they are there to work but hold conversations with each other. The orders are always messed up. Prepare to be ignored while they tend to Drive thru orders and your luck will be no better there. The fact they continue to stay in business baffles me. This place needs a major overhaul and training on customer service. I will not ever return!
