I've had better and worse from mcdonalds. Fairly consistent, but still mess up my order more often than not (usual from mcdonalds in general).

So this McDonald's had potential a few years ago but has gone downhill. Breakfast staff for some reason makes numerous mistakes when making sandwiches. Quite obvious mistakes too like a egg only sandwich... Really? Or charging for a sandwich and you only get the buns with nothing else. There is obviously a serious issue with management if they don't see the amount of incorrectly prepared orders they are getting. But I will say they keep the place clean and it's easy access and their I've cream machine is working. So I guess I have to be happy for that... Not bad food just bad service.

Everytime we order Door dash from this location...Food is missing, horribly packed and there are never sauces or napkins. Dude, what's different besides the fact I'm not there to look in the bag? How can everyone else get it right but Jackson st. Just order from another McDonald's it'll be faster. I literally live 2 blocks away and now travel across town to Pelham St. I get my food faster and it's right. Plus they give you sauce.

So today I went in with a huge craving for caramel and the ladies accommodated my request and were so kind and understanding everything was in the bag utensils etc .made me and my kids afternoon
This McDonald’s is falling off… 10 staff members are in the kitchen and nothing but chit chatting and not doing their jobs like they should, I was there for 20 minutes for one simple order then instantly I walked out soon as I seen a worker taking selfies with the workers. I went to BK and got my order ready under 5min. Won’t be going to this one for a while. ? having fun is ok at work but do it the right way..

Literally have had coupons ignored. Called corporate and they said they don’t know what’s going on here but had a bunch of calls. Had multiple (up to 5 ) same charges on my card in the same day. PAY CASH!!!!!

I come here at least twice a week and i always order my sandwiches and they always give me them wrong when i tell them specifically what i dont want in them , they are basically carless and this has happened many time and nobody is doing anything about it , i suggest whoever reads this should go to another mcdonalds and absolutely not this one.

They took 20 minutes to make my food. I understand your busy but i placed my order at 5:24 pm, why am i getting my food around 5:44 pm.
