Went there around 8-9pm because I wanted a caramel frappe and was told they didn’t had any frappe, and ended up drinking a coffee made wrong ? but the person who ordered behind me got a Frappe ? ? like how? ? seems like McDonald employees are choosing who to favorite.

Worst McDonald’s in existence. Don’t ever get their frozen drinks because they KNOW the machine doesn’t work and serve you sugar water ON PURPOSE. It happened before at the drive thru and they thought it was funny. Today I ordered on DoorDash and they sent me something that looks like frozen sewage water. Everyone is better off just skipping this location cuz it’s absolute trash and management doesn’t care to fix how terrible their food and service is. Like look at this drink ! Frozen Coke is light in color, why does it look like coffee ?!???? And it looks like this EVERY TIME. Management should be ashamed, this has been ongoing for MONTHS. CORPORATE NEEDS TO TAKE OVER THIS MESS.

I love McDonald's for breakfast especially if you have very little money...you can get 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins for 4.50 or 2 sausage egg and cheese burrito for 3.00, 2 hashbrowns for 3.00 at most places and large hot coffee for 1.79... it's quick and inexpensive if you don't have time to stop and eat and you need a quick breakfast...

I had a cashier who didn’t speak a lick of English, charged me $145 for 8 spicy chicken sandwich meals, only asked for one. Wouldn’t even let me finish my order. I’m allergic to pickles and was trying to say no pickles but he kept talking over me. Why even have a non English speaking worker take orders? I asked for a refund and looked in my bank account and the money hasn’t been refunded. So now I have to go back to the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to, to probably speak to another non English speaking person. I tried calling 4 times they immediately hung up. This place should be shut down with their disregard to allergy safety

They might as well not have a drive thru. Up until a few months ago, they ALWAYS have me pull up and wait for them to bring my order out - which takes forever. This happened 99% of the time no matter what i ordered. i order straight off the menu with no changes, and they are usually just burgers or breakfast sandwiches. I complained to the owner who assured me things would be different...so i gave it another try. Today, i used the app to help speed things along. Didn't matter. I ordered a quarter pounder and 2 double cheeseburgers. Thats was it, and i was still asked to pull up and wait for them to bring it out to me. The manager explained to me that because they cook quarter pounders to order, it always takes some time. I told her that seems unnecessary and if they are always going to do that when someone orders a quarter pounder via the drive thru - they should post a notice of this so we can change our order, if we are in a hurry, or order inside. Makes no sense. The manager also told me that this was the best franchise out of 20 that the owner owned. I said it may do well with sales, but terrible with service. Losing customers like me certainly can't help their bottom line. This is the only McDonalds that this happens, but unfortunately, the one closest to my work.

I've been going to this McDonald's for years. It's really gone downhill. I've been the only car in the drive-thru and asked to pull forward to wait for my order. Once it was only for an order of fries. Another time for a McFlurry. I've worked drive-thru windows. No one should be kept waiting to pay. Not should they have to pull to a parking spot for an order of fries.

The rudest cashier ever!!! Today I went around 1pm and she has No manners at all! I wish I could have her name but she wasn't even using a name tag. Mediocre and incompetent. Another team member that was on her break ended up helping me with my order.
