My husband picked up breakfast for us about half hour ago. My husband specifically said he wanted the Mexican omelette with added hash, (peppers, onions, tomatoes, jalapeños & garlic). He gets home, we’re ready to eat. He gets a full meat lovers omelette with tons of hash.!?? Not what he ordered. Not only that, they up charged him for every meat they added, ($1.25 each), which again not what my husband ordered. Almost $23 for an omelette that should have cost at least $14 mind you the up-charges totaled to $8 and change extra. So the waitress claims she heard my husband say he wanted the meat lover’s omelette with added hash. How do you mix up Mexican & meat lovers ? Completely two different words and pronunciation. No worries we get it, mistakes happen. My husband goes back and explains to the waitress. He comes back home with the correct omelette, but no refund for the up charges, rude staff, unprofessional, and careless. NEVER again will we order or support this family OWNED restaurant! Unacceptable! I have lived in Methuen for almost 19 years and have ordered from them, and never have we been treated so horribly! I would give them NEGATIVE 0 reviews ! DO BETTER ! We all work hard for our money !!!!

I was early for and decided to grab breakfast. I ordered scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit and raisin toast. My usual when I'm out. Came out quick as it was pretty empty. Eggs were more like an omelet, but tasty. Sausage was cooked in the deep fryer. Hard, very greasy. Took a bite and stopped. Fruit was 7 or 8 grapes, couple pieces of melon. Toast was good. The waitress offered to have them grill some sausage but by then I wasn't interested. I may go back just to try something else.

We had 4 of us for breakfast on Saturday about 7:30am before going to the Music Hall next door. The female server was clearly experienced, attentive, and pleasant. She had a great personality, and anticipated our needs perfectly. The food was good, diner breakfast expectations and the order was accurate. Thank you for having such a great server
