Smaller menu than last time I was here. Ample parking outdoor seating bar seating. Very quiet and not crowded for father's Day dinner. The bread and oil dip still phenomenal. Next to amc theaters and shopping.

If I could give 10 stars I would 5/5 for the food and 5/5 for our AMAZING server Mellisa F.! She was amazing from the start and was very cautious with my food allergy and made sure my food was absolutely safe and spectacular for me to have. Even after leaving the restaurant she continued to go above and beyond by finding my phone in our booth and saw that I went to Crumbl across the plaza and proceeded to run my phone over to me. I was so amazed I went back and let her manager know she deserves employee of the year and a raise!!! Ask for Melissa in Methuen!

I love the burgers it’s huge and good price the white pizza wasn’t good choice to me !

The service was good. Hosts were nonchalant not particularly friendly. Drinks were good. Pizza was under cooked, got with 1/2 mushrooms that barely had any on that half ( this has been typical of last few visits not sure why they can't leave the pizza in longer it is so pale and mushrooms are cheap put more on). The wall at our booth had food stains running down the wall. Honestly NYAJ Methuen ( can't speak to all NYAJ's) is running out of second chances with us.

I went there two Fridays in a row had the burger with barbecue pork on it.. absolutely delicious.. next time I had the nachos for an appetizer very good and the server brought over three different kinds of dipping sauces for us to try great service not bad prices

I would not recommend coming here. We ordered two beers. One came in a chipped glass. We ordered one appetizer, but the server brought us (and charged us) for two of the same appetizer. Given it was just the two of us, you’d think he’d find it unusual we wanted two serving of the same appetizer. Lastly, the server never brought us waters we asked for in the beginning. Overall, not worth coming here, even if it’s your last option for a meal.

For some reason when we book on Open Table they never seem to know we've reserved a high top. Otherwise everything was very good. Good food, service, ambiance. We like it there for a frequent Friday night dinner.

There was a complete lack of detail in many areas from service to food. We have been here dozens of times before and never experienced anything like this, hopefully it was a fluke and won't happen again.

Server was very nice but the Arnold Palmer drink and Strawberry Lemonade weren't very good. Food came out fast. Service took a bit. Food tasted good-not my best experience at Joes but I'll be back for sure.

Worst experience in a restaurant in a very long time. Sorry to say, the server was the WORST I've ever had in any restaurant. She actually told the table next to us that she didn't have time to listen to them when they were making requests around allergies. The food was mediocre, the menu boring. So sad as this use to be a staple of ours and always enjoyable.

We were a party of 4 out to celebrate our daughter's first job! Unfortunately our experience was lacking in many ways. Waited 15 minutes to see a server. She apologized for the wait saying someone would be with us shortly. But left without taking our drink order. Drinks ordered we're a Sam Adams Summer and Maple Old Fashioned. Waiter had to return to tell us both were unavailable. The Super Crunch Salad and another dish were also discovered to be 86ed. The dishes we ended up with were mostly very good with the exception of the tomato basil soup which was cold. A disappointing experience at a place we used to love going to regularly.

BBQ meatloaf was spectacular n have leftovers for a lunch. My husband enjoyed the Jambalaya. We LOVED that they served Angry Orchard hard ciders in bottles with frosted glasses. The dipping bread was also good. Unfortunately, no more discounted movie passes sold for AMC movie theater . We saw Top Gun Maverick next door after supper. Excellent Father's Day weekend June 2022. ( We ditched our college kids, lol ! )

Service was quite poor. Waitress disappeared for 20 minutes. It took 25 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. The turkey avocado club was pretty good. The Caprese chicken sandwich wasn’t great. Will not return.

Tiniest drink I've ever seen for $15. Kids Hamburgers tasted like a hockey puck. Fish and chips were squishy. This place used to be so good. So disappointed. Nice waitress though.

This is my first negative review of a restaurant, but I felt i needed to. First the air conditioning wasn't working and it was 90 degrees outside. We ordered the loaded nachos and a turkey avocado club. The nachos were just ok. The turkey club was inedible, it was on stale bread. Hard as a rock. Manager took this off the bill. Heard people at the other table complaining to the waitress that their burgers were charcoal and they refused to have new one's made. This was my second try at this location, will not be going back.
