Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Took my daughter for her Birthday 🎉....it was a wonderful time. Great customer service. They gave her a free dessert. And sang to her. It was an awesome time and it wasn't crowded or to busy. And we could talk without yelling at each other. We have not gone in a very long time. Food was amazing as well. Just delicious 😋

Food was great, had the fettuccine Alfredo with crispy chicken and broccoli. The ziti fritters for an appetizer were great. Was a busy Friday night at the Loop!

Bad Experience at Olive Garden

I recently dined at Olive Garden and was thoroughly disappointed. The customer service was lacking; it felt like the staff was indifferent to our presence. We were served a plate that had a mere three French fries on it, which was ridiculous for the price we paid.

It’s clear that the waiter needs proper customer service training, as their attitude left much to be desired. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I won't be returning.

First time coming here with my family and it will be the last. As soon as we were showned to our table we werent even sitting down yet and the server asked us what we wantes to drink... (ma'am we haven't even looked at the menu) We told her we need a few minutes, literally 3 seconds later she came back asking if we wanted anything to drink asked if we were ordering appetizers? 😒 Again we told her we aren't ready. She came back again a few seconds later asking the same question.
My daughter wanted the strawberry smoothie and they also have a peach smoothie, I told the server that my daughter is allergic to peaches, She looked at me and said well is a strawberry smoothie there is no peaches in it..... I said yea I know, but there is a thing called cross-contamination! That right there made me even more mad. Long story short she must of came by out table like 15 times all in a matter of an hr, as a server I totally understand tjat you have to make sure your tables are doing okay during their dinning experience, but she over did it and it just annoyed the crap out of us. We will never go back just because of this. Oh also we ordered soup with out Entrée and it was cold not even warm it was pretty gross. So please save your money and spend ot else where.

Food great, serving size...plenty even the smaller portions.

Our family eats here often. The food is almost always very good and prices are reasonable.
We always have a great time here.

Our server Rocio was amazing. She made sure we got our food with minimum wait. Our drinks were always full and she was cordial and pleasant. I will be returning.
