I’ve gotten Uber eats delivery twice at this establishment and each time they’ve forgotten something. The first time was a fairly large order so okay, whatever but the most recent one yesterday was 2 entrees with 2 sides included and somehow one side was still missing. It’s not that hard to cross things off as they’re being packed into the bag. Highly frustrating when someone ends up with nothing

This Outback knocked it out of the park. Rachael was our server and she was AMAZING. Seriously haven't had service like that in a very long time. She was promt, kind, funny, quick on her feet. Our food was hot, fresh, and cooked to order. French onion, porterhouse, filet & lobster combo, kids Mac n cheese & ice cream. My husband ordered a smoked old fashion and he said it was one of the best he's ever had. We look forward to visiting again

Had delivery. Two steaks and a coconut shrimp totaling 97$’s. The. Meat was horrible mostly gristle and fat. The salad had three small thinly sliced rotten cucumbers and one old mushy small plum tomato sliced in three slivers. The baked potato did not come with the butter or sour cream I had asked for. The meal was horrible. I actually think my steak was London broil!!

This outback is super nice and clean! I have been a few times, service is always great. Everyone is on top of everything, but I can't help but to point out the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure everything we had was up to par, and came over to ask us how our meal was. My steak was undercooked a little and he took care of it immediately. I cannot say enough nice things about how this manager is running the outback as well as how the staff is. Food was great too!

Yum!Jeremy, the kitchen manager, took his time to talk to me about my seafood & tree nut allergies & assured me my meal would be safe. This Outback is very nice & clean inside. We went at lunch. We had a 6oz sirloin & it was cooked just right & totally delicious! The veggies were fresh & cooked to my liking & the baked potato was delicious too! The waitress was very friendly & very attentive to our needs! Even though there was a lot of construction around the plaza, Outback was fine. Don't let it worry you & enjoy the delicious food!

Had an absolutely delicious meal with a friend of mine, plus a delicious drink yesterday. Our server Rachel was an absolute sweetheart and one of the best servers I've had in a while at any restaurant. She made us feel welcomed and truly made the meal better with her presence. Would 100% come back and have her as a server again.
I'd give a "0" but I can't. Service was horrible; I am guessing the waitresses were all high school kids who didn't care or lacked training. I asked for a Pecan Chopped salad, one of their staple dish, and they kept bringing me a regular house salad with blue cheese. Even after explaining this to the manager, he was still confused. Also, we ordered broccoli as a side to our dishes; they were brown and smelled like hay. The steaks were well done. That place was pretty bad. Go to the McDonald's next door; probably better...

Decided to do Friday Night Date Night at Outback / so glad we did!! Def quiet b/c of ppl shopping/getting ready for Christmas & our server Matthew was awesome!! Really nice kid w/a big smile!! Service was great & food was good. If you head there - ask for Matthew!!

Went last night to Seabrook. Service was ok but the food wasn't. Got the sirloin and shrimp. The shrimp tasted like it had been cooked days ago. The side salad was good but the mashed potatoes tasted like somebody had dumped a pile of pepper into them. I left the shrimp and the mashed potatoes behind. When I shared my experience with the waiter he told us the wait staff were gettipads to do their job and gave us the bill and told us to have a good night. Nothing speaks louder than ignoring your concerns when you're paying a lot of money for a meal you can't eat. I have no reason to return- ever.
