Went there on a Friday night, and there was only one kid who was playing music on his phone next to the store phone, which explains why no one picked up when I tried to call ahead, and he never registered that I was there. So I left

They only deliver to 2 towns, Methuen and Lawrence and my kids are starving and they are denying us even though we live next to the Lawrence airport and the border of Lawrence, also their pizza is extremely salty! Pick somewhere else if you want GOOD pizza or GREAT service

I never write reviews but this place is so bad I just had to. So we ordered a pizza at 8:45pm and called at 10:14pm and they said that they delivered it to the wrong house and will send another one over. At 10:45pm I called to see where my pizza was and they said it was not sent yet and that I called 15 mins ago, so I looked on my phone and sure enough they lied because it said 10:14pm. They were very rude on the phone and insisted that it only was 15 mins since they were trying to figure it out. Very rude, ignorant people!

I love Papa John's Pizza, but this location would often forget parts of the order than I had ordered like the 2 liter bottle of soda or the packages of cheese. And I never really got reimbursed for what they didn't give me. Some of their pizzas also seemed small for the size ordered. They did seem to finally be getting better, but I think the bad delivery service caught up to them. Apparently, they are closed now. So no Papa Johns I can have delivered to me now and the nearest one is like 45 minutes away!
