Service was terrible, laughable honestly. The only person who was attentive to us was unfortunately not our waiter. Our server didn't even bring us the bill after we asked! Waited 20 minutes for it, contemplated just dashing, and then the taller server asked if we were okay and he gave us the bill when we let him know that we were waiting to pay so we could leave. Felt stupid paying that bill LOL. I was waiting for Gordan Ramsay to come out and say it was a prank or something, it was that bad. The Pad Thai was disgusting, the fried rice was dry and the shrimp had no seasonings or flavor. The only good thing was the krabragoon app that came out after the main meal. Even the spring roll was gross. Had the service been good, the food not tasting great would have made me want to give it a second chance. But to have both be terrible was enough to make me never want to try it again. Don't play with my money like that ?♀️

We arrived about 2pm on a weekday, as we missed any lunch rush and were meet by a server who opened the door and greeted us and we where seated promptly. The space is open and colorful. The indoor landscape was spotted with small aquariums that appeared greenish and needy cleaning, but other than that the dining area was clean and inviting. (My lovely dining partner explained it was the "Not Average Joes" room and fixtures with bamboo and the little aquariums added- plus a set of triple Buddhas and a colorful Asian themed mural - so they tried.) Our server appeared unable to answer a question I had about the Pho noodles and what came with them, but quickly found someone to help. In a reasonable amount of time my question was answered that the Pho dishes came with the traditional Thai Basil and Lime, but they didn't have a any bean sprouts. It was finally clarified that bean sprouts come with but they were out. (It may be time for a manager to run to Market Basket). But, if that's the worst thing I won't hold it against them and try again. Pho wasn't bad. It was "Your Average Pho'"

The team at pho city was amazing! They made sure I was comfortable and checked up on me in between. The food was remarkable. From the Pho to the stir fry chicken knees! I can’t forget about the Expresso martini either, like WOWZER! I would definitely be back for this authentic experience with the Pho city team anyday!
