Honestly this place is amazing. Customer service is next level. We had a small problem with delivery that had nothing to do with them and they reached out immediately to help come to a solution. Food was phenomenal and can't wait to go here again.

Edited: I have to update my review with regard to the wraps. The restaurant responded to me privately to inform me that in fact I made an error and ordered Chicken Caesar wraps instead of Mediterranean Wraps. This was why the expected vegetables were not there. Totally my error. Appreciate the thoughtful and prompt response!
We haven’t ordered here in a while but was a disappointment tonight. I ordered two Mediterranean wraps without chicken. Menu clearly describes the wraps have tomato, olives, red onion and cucumbers and we requested no chicken but add feta. The wraps were literally lettuce and feta period. Nothing like the description or photo on the menu. Also the onion rings tasted like the oil is old. Also noted the portobello burger they used to offer is gone-disappointing that there aren’t more meatless options here.

Pica’s is our go-to spot!! We cannot say enough good things about Pica’s!! The staff is top tier, they are all super friendly, they make us feel welcome the moment we walk through the door! We attend Music Bingo every Tuesday night, some of our favorite waitresses Rae, Kallie and Ella provide great service, a great atmosphere and create an exciting experience that keeps us coming back each week. The food is always delicious no matter what we order but we do love the burgers, chicken barb sandwiches and especially those cinnamon maple donuts!! We love Pica’s and Music Bingo nights so much that my daughter even comes home from college to attend them with us!! We have noticed that employees even come in on there days off to enjoy a meal at Pica’s because that is just the kind of community feel that Pica’s has!! We love Pica’s!!

I've stopped twice to get food to go for the family. Everything has been awesome. Poutine, chips, meatball subs, chicken bacon ranch wrap, smashed Mac, and my favorite the buffalo chicken mac n cheese. Small inside but a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Nice place. Service was great! Drinks and food were good. My blackberry cobbler drink was delicious. I wish my cob salad had a better quality bacon on it but that's just being picky. The chicken on the cob was a bit dry but no terrible. We'd go back.
