I just called to order a tray of pizza - there was no hello, I did not even know if I had dialed the correct number, and there was no thanks or goodbye - they just hung up - 2nd time this has happened ... hope pizza is there when I pick it up. I find the customer service - really missing the warm and fuzzy customer part of this...

Italian cookies are HARD. Disgusting. Don't waste your hard earned money on those. What is good are the pastries. Even that is questionable. Very disappointed. They lost a customer

Went to Piro's for the first time recently and was very satisfied. Got some cannolis which were delicious and very reasonably priced. Also got some frozen take home pizza slices which were very tasty. Will definiely be back!

I stopped in here after work last week and I am so glad I did. I specifically have been looking for the best brownies in the area. This was it. Both the blondie and brownie were soft and flavorful but had a slight crisp so it wasn't soggy or too moist. It was my first time, so it was good to see their other selections of cakes, cookies, etc. They also serve pizza so I'll have to come back soon to give it a try. There was ample parking and the store was not busy. The workers were so friendly. It was just a great experience from beginning to end.

Been coming here for years now and everything is great and the help is even better.
The calzones were overcooked at the store. (bread was dark brown). When I heated them up at home, the bread darkened more and inside was dry.I followed temp and time as posted online.Traditional rice ball was good as was the meat pie.

Although I haven't tried them, my daughter who is far more critical than I am, had some of their pastry & pizza yesterday at a work lunch. Usually she brings home leftovers from these events, but not yesterday because everything was picked clean!! She said they had a cannoli cake that was 'out of this world'. I'm going to be going soon!

I just stopped by to pick up six slices of cheese pizza. They already had some sitting out on the cutting board that look like it was 3 days old. I asked the woman if I could get some fresh pizza and she said that pizza is fresh it's just about an hour old. Sorry I don't want pizza that's been sitting out for an hour. Thanks for pushing me in the direction of one of your competitors that is just around the corner

Don’t waste your time. There is a reason why they have 3.8 stars currently… they say they open at 10am. They do not. I asked next door what time they open and she said “if they are not there, come back at 11am.” That’s not okay. I wait to get frozen pizza just to see that it all look freezer burnt and not fresh in the freezer. When I asked a question about a type of pizza, the woman was extremely rude, I wish I asked for her name so I could have shared it. If you are a business and you say you open at 10am, be ready to open at 10am. This just showed me you do not have fresh food, and I am glad I know that now…

Stumbled upon this bakery while looking for a sweet snack after lunch and was impressed by the wide array of treats they have available! Chocolates, cakes, cookies, tiramisu, you name it, they have it! I cannot wait to order a cake from here at some point. Highly recommend! Also, the staff are incredibly friendly!
