Rica, the bartender is a very special person. Not only as a bartender, but she’s able to multitask and most importantly, she respects and caters to her customers needs without them having to ask. Times, they are changing and women bartender’s are finally given a chance to show they have not only the intelligence, but they know how to give the customers what they want or need. They also have the backbone to deal with any irate customers professionally. You should give them the credit they deserve because your customer base has increased because of her ability to make customers come back and follow her from other places she bartends.
The best bartenders, and I have to say from my years of experience and wisdom are the ones that you do not have to micro-manage because they will grow your customer base because of their reputation and respect they have received from their loyal customers who look forward to having her as their bartender.
She also works well with the other employees who grow to love and respect her. They go to her for advice and help because they know she will always give you the advice that will help you be a better employee. I only wish there were more Rica’s!

I am absolutely obsessed with this Asian fusion restaurant! The food is nothing short of fantastic every dish is packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. The staff is so welcoming and sweet, making every visit feel special. My favorite waitresses are Cindy and Lucy ask for either one and you won’t be disappointed. Also the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the view of the river adds the perfect touch. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t wait to go back again and again!”
