Royal House-Roast Beef & Pizza

My dad and I stopped in for lunch. We got veal cutlet and eggplant parm. Eggplant parm was the best I've had in a while. Dad loved his meal cutlet.

Tasty, but a bit pricey for a diner style eatery.

Good place and good pizza but not the best; the cheese wasn’t flavorful but the pepperoni was very good and the meatballs had good flavor too. But the pizza sauce and cheese just didn’t match up. The dough was pretty good.

I’m a long time customer and it saddens me to have to write this. On August 30th I ordered 3 beefs from the Methuen location. When I got home I noticed 2 out of the 3 beefs were made wrong. I called the restaurant and talked to the female manager she offered to remake them or give me a credit for a later purchase. I chose the credit due to high 5pm traffic in that area. Today 9/18 I decided to use my credit. When I called I was sent directly to the manager who asked me to prove my purchase. I went to my bank account and provided her with the date and the amount. She said that was not enough information and I ordered a month ago. It only being 2 1/2 weeks ( I wasn’t told the credit would expire after 2 1/2 weeks). She continued to say she’s not just going to give me free food.” What I paid for it!!” She continued to go on I asked for my money back she said no. Anyway, don’t ever trust a person unless you get in writing or give the food back. Our last visit. This place has poor management and terrible customer service.

This place is unbelievable
From roast beef to seafood and I love ff and believe me thier small fry is a large anywhere else .steak bomb sub was fantastic. Thier roast beef is nice an rare .only way to have it
People working here are so friendly. If you order a dinner they give u 1 pound of fries and lots of onion rings .u cant beat value for the price a must try

We go there for lunch sometimes, the food is good, cheap and they are very friendly. I would recommend.

I am VERY hard to impress with roast beef sandwiches as there was what I considered to be the best I have ever had which was at Panos in Hudson ,NH. Royal is equally as good if not better! The roast beef was PERFECTLY medium rare, tender and juicy and the onion roll(my personal favorite roll) was nice and soft and soaked up the delicious juices of the meat which was piled high on the super beef. It looks like this is my new go to spot on Tuesdays. Great job guys!
