Today my coffee tasted like acetone and rubbery. Idk why but I have no time to go in and get it fixed or refunded. But makes me question what they are putting in there coffee 👀

After a minute of standing at the counter waiting for the busy staff to acknowledge me, a girl finally came up and with a blank expression said “hi.” The rest of the staff continue to buzz about without much interaction with each other or the customers. Seems as if the company culture is not about enjoying each other or serving others. I’m willing to come back and try again and hope I’m wrong.
Was sitting waiting for a ride for an hour was was rude ask to leave while it was waiting inside for my ride during a rain storm outside..and threatened if I didn’t buy something they kicked me out and felt super uncomfortable and as we’ll never had this problem and was there earlier in the morning without an issue.. super rude and the store was dirty and filled with trash and table were sticky /gross

On October 13th 2024 at 5:30 PM, I drove to this Starbucks to get a drink, only to find the drive-thru blocked by a 2012 white Honda Accord.
When I approached the speaker, I experienced poor customer service. I informed the employee that I was unable to access the drive-thru due to the blocked vehicle, the employee said, “Yeah, I took your order ONLY because I’m being nice to you, and the car was there because you shouldn’t pass”. But there were no signs indicating that the drive-thru was closed.
Starbucks, please monitor your employees and your drive thru camera at this location, as blocking the drive-thru with a vehicle is not an appropriate way to provide notice and will cause traffic hazards.

Very rude cashier .. I said hi … I was the only customer in line ! She just looked at me .. I asked : do you talk ? She said : yes ! Totally rude .. no customer service skills ! I paid .. she threw all my change in pennies .. never go back again !

1st time there accidentally ordered from different location but they offered to make for me if I showed them my reciept latte was ok. The protein box was good place is pricey as anyone is aware but it was good

I waited 10 mins to be served while being the only customer in line and there being 6 employees at the counter .They were out of caramel crunch’s and the summer skies drink at 9am when they are both being advertised above the counter .
