On October 13th 2024 at 5:30 PM, I drove to this Starbucks to get a drink, only to find the drive-thru blocked by a 2012 white Honda Accord.
When I approached the speaker, I experienced poor customer service. I informed the employee that I was unable to access the drive-thru due to the blocked vehicle, the employee said, “Yeah, I took your order ONLY because I’m being nice to you, and the car was there because you shouldn’t pass”. But there were no signs indicating that the drive-thru was closed.
Starbucks, please monitor your employees and your drive thru camera at this location, as blocking the drive-thru with a vehicle is not an appropriate way to provide notice and will cause traffic hazards.

Very rude cashier .. I said hi … I was the only customer in line ! She just looked at me .. I asked : do you talk ? She said : yes ! Totally rude .. no customer service skills ! I paid .. she threw all my change in pennies .. never go back again !

I waited 10 mins to be served while being the only customer in line and there being 6 employees at the counter .They were out of caramel crunch’s and the summer skies drink at 9am when they are both being advertised above the counter .

Critical Thinking
It's a busy location in the middle of the loop in between two towns, of course it's going to be busy and you might have to wait longer than other starbucks, but they always make my drink perfect and that's what counts and matters most.

When I walked in there was nobody waiting in line and the drive thru line had maybe 2-3 cars in it max .. yet I still stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes just waiting for any of the 7 or 8 "barista's" to even acknowledge that I was there. Once one did everything was fine the girl was polite and apologized for the wait.
Wait time for drink was pretty much the usual 5-8 minutes for Starbucks when they aren't busy. that's basically the same way every Starbucks location is really so I'd just kind of plan ahead that you might be standing there waiting for awhile...especially if they're busy! If they're busy I'd suggest ordering ahead on the app so it's ready when you get there if you have limited time.
Iced white chocolate mocha cappuccino is my go-to favorite drink! It was delicious as always. And the pink birthday cake pops are amazing(not just for kids)... My boyfriend and I love them! Quite pricey tho .

Always add 15 to 20 minutes past whatever your pick up time is before the drinks will be ready...unless of course you do drive through they prioritize that above everything
