Always add 15 to 20 minutes past whatever your pick up time is before the drinks will be ready...unless of course you do drive through they prioritize that above everything

A solid Starbucks location with a drive thru and both indoor/outdoor seating. Service was quick, friendly and helpful. Indoor seating isn’t all the big, but there are small tables and some casual chairs. Everything seemed mostly clean including the bathroom. Noise level is a little high, but typical for a full coffee shop. It was certainly buzzing.

Cannot stand that this is a freestanding Starbucks location. There was a previous location in the same shopping center that did not have a drive-through I prefer that set up. There are frequently long lines of cars at the drive-through at this particular Starbucks just idling and burning gas. I feel like this is a terrible for the environment and I wish that it was never built!

This Starbucks will have you waiting the longest of any Starbucks I have ever been to. I came here and ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin for myself and my daughter and two drinks .Waited over 30 minutes , all of a sudden they gave me half of my order when I asked where the rest of it was they gentleman behind the counter told me there is 3 tickets ahead of me . I ordered all of this at the same time , but for some reason they took 3 other orders in front of mine and made me wait an additional almost 20 minutes to get the rest of my order . I will not be coming back to this location again. It's a total of just under 50 minutes now waiting for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks while they take all these Mobile orders and make everyone else wait . Not an efficient way to serve your customers Starbucks. The lady in front of me just left the line and asked for a refund because she couldn't even wait any longer . Absolutely ridiculous.
35 minutes for a drink. customers form absolutely no distinct line for drink or order. i’ll take my money to Dunkins thank

When I walked in there was nobody waiting in line and the drive thru line had maybe 2-3 cars in it max .. yet I still stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes just waiting for any of the 7 or 8 "barista's" to even acknowledge that I was there. Once one did everything was fine the girl was polite and apologized for the wait.Wait time for drink was pretty much the usual 5-8 minutes for Starbucks when they aren't busy. that's basically the same way every Starbucks location is really so I'd just kind of plan ahead that you might be standing there waiting for awhile...especially if they're busy! If they're busy I'd suggest ordering ahead on the app so it's ready when you get there if you have limited time.Iced white chocolate mocha cappuccino is my go-to favorite drink! It was delicious as always. And the pink birthday cake pops are amazing(not just for kids)... My boyfriend and I love them! Quite pricey tho .

I live in Methuen and every time I order it takes less time to go to Haverhill and back. I ordered tonight from home, got there a few minutes after the promised time and still waited over 15 minutes. One gentleman worked very hard while two others cleaned and didn’t acknowledge me until I asked if they got my order. I don’t understand why only one worker was making orders.
