I am a Starbucks member and customer. I live in Boston. I came to this area for work today and I entered this Starbucks because I had to use the restroom and asked for the password of the restroom. They said they could only give me a password if I bought something. I already said that I wouldn’t buy anything today, I already had Starbucks coffee in my car. I even brought the coffee in my car and showed it. (I’m attaching a photo of the coffee in my car.) Still, they didn’t give the restroom password. It was a Starbucks rule. Nonsense. Someone who said she was the manager also supported the others. I bought coffee, got the password and used the restroom . And I threw the coffee I bought in front of the employees. Even though I know other coffee shops are terrible, I won’t drink Starbucks coffee anymore.
