Worst customer service I ever had in a coffee shop ever, very rude lady

Today I went to buy 4 Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refreshers. The drinks didn't have any
Dragón dried fruit in them. I asked the employee why the drinks didn't have any Dragonfruit in them, and she told me that I have to pay extra for the fruit. How is that possible? I'm paying for the drinks and I have to pay extra for Dragonfruit. The employee responded rudely and angrily. I'm very disappointed with the service. I've been to many Starbucks, and this has been the worst Starbucks so far. They also want to charge me extra for something I've already paid for.

My experience did not meet expectations. The coffee lacked flavor and was served lukewarm, which was disappointing. Customer service was also lacking — staff members appeared disengaged and were not particularly welcoming or attentive. While I understand that every business can have an off day, the overall experience made it difficult to justify a return visit. I hope management takes these concerns into consideration and makes the necessary improvements.

Wont even let customers use the bathroom before ordering, i guess they want people to piss on their wall outside because god forbid you ask to pee before you order more liquids

Edit: thought i would try them again and they have no visible outlets. So no bathroom or electricity to charge things. Why would people even go here? Starbucks prices used to be justified because you are paying to use the space but there is nothing to use.

Today I went to buy a chocolate Frappuccino for my daughter, but the person who made it didn't clean the container he made it in properly, and I didn't want to give it to my daughter because I don't know what that green stuff could be. Moreover, if my daughter is allergic, they have to be more careful when it comes to something that a person is going to eat or drink.

The worst service is at this Starbucks. I, as a customer, always went to use the bathroom first and then buy something, and they didn't let me. They are rude to customers. I even showed them the app.

The Starbucks on Broadway in Methuen is an excellent spot for more than just coffee. Of course, the coffee and food are consistently great — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you expect from Starbucks — but what really makes this location stand out is the atmosphere.

It’s a perfect place to sit down with friends and have meaningful, relaxed conversations. The environment is warm, modern, and inviting. Whether you’re meeting someone for a quiet catch-up or just looking for a calm space to unwind with a book or laptop, this Starbucks delivers on every level. The seating is comfortable, the lighting is soft and natural, and there’s a great balance between activity and calm.

Even when it’s busy, the space feels thoughtfully arranged to give each table a sense of privacy and comfort. The staff is friendly and attentive, keeping the place clean and running smoothly without being intrusive.

There’s a nice selection of snacks and baked goods, and everything I’ve tried has been fresh and satisfying. It’s clear that this location takes pride in offering a quality experience beyond just what’s in your cup.

Highly recommend this Starbucks for coffee lovers and anyone who enjoys great ambiance with great company.

Highly disappointed at the fact that these employees never shake their refreshers. always hot in the bottom and cold at top. Like pleaseeeee stop being lazy and do the job right!!!!!!!!!!

Went in to get a white chocolate mocha, when I received the drink it felt super light I opened the cap to see they filled the drink mostly with foam, so I asked the barista if he could remake the drink without any foam. His reply back was “ you didn’t ask for no foam” with an attitude and a smirk. Like I’m sorry ain’t I a human can’t I forget something or make a mistake, and also isn’t Starbucks policy is we will remake your drink as many times as it takes until it’s right. All I was asking for a new drink without any foam I don’t think it’s that hard. Unfortunately I just left it didn’t seem he wanted to remake the drink or help a customer out and it was empty the store also the drive thru I was the only customer there thru the drive thru. Also I don’t like foam cause when it disappears your mostly missing 1/4 of your drink

Best Starbucks in the Massachusetts area. The workers are so kind & I love coming here. Coming
to this Starbucks is the best part of my day.
