Doesn’t accept coupons that come in the mail. They don’t have any signs but at the end when they go to ring you out they tell you no. The subs don’t have very much to them. I’ve been to other locations that fill them much more. This place is a disappointment

I went today 9/23 a round 12 pm with a pick up order I did online. The two idiots in the store said they didn’t received any order in the store. I showed them the app and showed them the time and the location. The girl who was there agree and says that she sees it and that it happens all the time; where the order stays “in the air” and i said okay but it was charged to my account so it went through. Can you make the sandwich? She said she couldn’t because they didn’t received it. So subway is just out there stealing peoples money?
