On 2/29 I ordered a small pizzas with spicy fries & mozzy sticks my pizza was very undercooked and the fried food had a bad taste like the oil was dirty it smelled fishy . I called and who ever I spoke to said if I wanted a refund I needed to bring the food back but I dont drive and couldn’t take the food back. Hence why I had it delivered , X I tried to dispute it with my bank but id have to cancel my card and wait a week for anew one so that’s not an option or worth the hassle for 32$ , , so now im out 31.65 on food I didn’t even eat and had to throw away : who ever works the front is rude .

Honestly the pizza is fine definitely greasy, fries were fine, chicken finger's were fine, but the steak and cheese was absolutely terrible. It was ridiculously dry like jerky/ cardboard extra cheese couldn't save it, and absolutely no seasoning. I usually don't like putting places down but it was inedible. I hope it was fluke but unfortunately I won't be going back anytime soon.
I love Supreme Pizza in Methuen Ma! I know it may look like a dive but the food is great and they are always consistent! They have the best Haddock Dinner and Steak and Cheese Bomb Subs! Would recommend!
