I personally get one on one training at this synergy. I don’t personally get the drinks maybe I should. The whole staff is very professional ,warm and very accommodating to my schedule . I was never able to commit and show up to a gym before I started here. Thank you

Would give 10 stars if I could! My boyfriend and I both tried this place last week and are now obsessed. The teas and smoothies are delicious and just what you need to get that energy; especially as a stay at home mom! Staff is also super friendly! (People that left less than 5 stars must have left a review on the wrong place)

Well, on my first visit to this place had to wait because the cashier was too busy chatting with her friend and when she finally had the time to help me she referred to me in the rudest way , I guess if your a men they are friendly but drinks are good tho!

Omg, I had the strawberry cheesecake smoothie. Hands down, the best smoothie I've ever had. Can't wait to try them all! Staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.You gotta try this place. Will be a repeat customer!
