Got honey barbecue sandwich it was alright an 2 hot honey biscuits. They where good. But I used the bathroom there an let me tell you it was filthy an these workers use same bathroom then go an make your food . It was a disgrace how dirty the place was... meaning the bathroom men's room unfortunately my girl used lady's bathroom an it was just as bad. Blood all over toilet bowl. Just plain filthy. KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE CONDITION OF YOUR RESTROOMS

Showed up 10/25/25 or 10/26 considering its 130 AM... sat at the speaker 5 min. Talked to it no answer...drove around to windows watched the employee stare me down with a headset on...no other cars around. Explain why my order wasnt taken?

I’ve never been soooo grossed out. Spent a large amount of money at this place tonight after kids sports. I have NEVER seen food look so BAD. Whoever is working tonight should be fired. Got 100% refund through a 3rd party app and thank goodness for it. The chicken wasn’t even chicken… it was hard to the point you’d break your tooth. Multiple items missing, THEY PUT A HARD SHELL TACO ON THE GRILL BY ITSELF AND BURNT THE TACO BLACK. No cheese on the taco, no soft taco over it (like it should be) just decided they’d burn a hard shell taco. I’ve tried calling 2 times to figure out how this went so wrong, no one answered. Avoid business with this place, I will never order from here again nor bring my kids after games. Disgusting 🤮

I normally don't complain about fast food because you get what you get but this was bad. My order was wrong, and the customer service was terrible and the place wasn't well taken care of. When I finally got home I opened the bag and everything smelled old. I couldn't even eat it! I definitely don't recommend until they get new staff/management.

Employees are always on the phone if the employees are in the phone there must be no work to do maybe they should be cleaning the restaurant 😕
This place sucks, their staff is very rude and unprofessional. Today is July 12th 2025 , I just left this place it’s currently 11:55.
The girl at the widow was rude as hell and kept walking away as we were trying to order. They made us wait at the door for our food and she came out to give us our food she forgot to give us a sauce we asked for at the window so we politely asked her to get it for us since she failed to do that the first time and she rudely replied “get it yourself” so we went inside to get the sauce we asked for and talk to the manager. The staff gave me a hard time about the manager so I spoke to a “supervisor” and told him to address that girl.
Hopefully the manager addresses her but just a piece of advice for her and anyone who clearly doesn’t like to work , no one forced you to pick this dead end job, you did that on your own so don’t be mad at me you actually have to do your job.
