The food was good but compared to other Pizza Huts they have a limited menu and no salad bar. The service was excellent but as far as atmosphere goes there just wasn't any. My party of two were the only ones there. They had a TV on the wall but it was off. I guess they thrive off of app orders.

I ordered 2 burritos from the $2 menu(other taco bell restaurants in Massachusetts have the items priced at $2 while here the price on the menu is $2.59). After I ordered and paid(the pricing not being visible to the customer during ring up) I checked my receipt to find out the fiesta veggie burrito rung up as $2.79. I notified the manager of this and all they said was the price was wrong on the menu board and then proceeded to take down the menu board. I would have appreciated a gesture of apology or a partial refund but none was forthcoming. Food is ok but burrito wrapper seemed very dry and cold.

I lived in the area for 2 years and I frequented this Taco Bell/KFC until a couple of months ago. I never had an issue with the place and the food was always good. People... we aren't talking about a Gordon Ramsay restaurant here... stop expecting a 5-star level of service and take this place for what it is -- a good Taco Bell/KFC

Horrible experience, the chicken quesadilla was half full (with cold cheese) the other half was just straight tortilla with no chicken or anything. The lemonade tasted like the filter on the fountain machine hasn't been replaced in a while, the soft taco was alright.

WORST TACO BELL EVERi ordered a diritos taco supreme- came with meat cheese and lettuce only, no tomato or sour cream, not that big or a deal but i order somthing i want why it's supposed to come w... i also got nacho fries. they might as well just be plain fries didn't have any of the seasoning. spenny almsot 10$ and got shits worth

The 3 ? is for the employee who dealt with the customer ahead of me. She was polite and answered all their questions. This was the only person ordering food.There is no atmosphere, because the place was dead. The place was a little dirty. The employee looked defeated.This place does not make you feel wanted like other places.They don't take the App. The prices are outrageous for a meal that can be made for less. At least I can cook any item they make.I would say allow the App. Recognize your staff and help them shine. I did not order. I walked out and didn't feel guilty. I wish them well!
