We came here to celebrate My Husband and Daughter Graduating from College. We had an absolutely amazing experience! The service was excellent from start to finish. Lamont was not only attentive but also genuinely funny, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable. He checked on us often, made sure we had everything we needed, and my husband seemed to have a “whole in his glass” and Lamont brought him a second one and he doubled checked to make sure there were no leaks in this one lol.
It’s rare to find someone who can balance great service with a great personality, but Lamont nailed it. The food was delicious, but his hospitality truly made the visit outstanding. I’ll definitely be back!

Waiter was very rude because of tip. He was demanding tips from us. We tipped and he was still mad about our 20% tips. Honestly besides that everything else was chill but the waiter was not looking happy with us and it made the table very uncomfortable after the waiter gave us a whole talk (mind you we’re the customers and we’re teenagers)

I ordered take out and I order a sandwich with fries. The food was lukewarm and stale. I also ordered a brownie for dessert and they give me this brownie that was cold and super hard when it’s supposed to be warm and soft. Do not recommend.

Denzel our server was amazing. Absolutely amazing. Personable, funny, interacted with our kids, attentive. One of the best servers if not the best one I've had in a very long time. The food, the atmosphere was what is to be expected at a chain restraunt.

I stopped at this Texas Roadhouse as I was on the road for work. I was seated right away. My server Hayeh was very attentive, I really like her casual demeaner it was very welcoming. The food was great, I did not wait for more than 5 minutes for Hayeh to introduce herself as the person that would be taking my requests. I waited less than 4 minutes to get my beer brought to the table. The appetizer came in 15 minutes and right when I was done wwith my appetizer the meal came. The manager came to my table and asked if everything was to my liking, the 10 minutes later Hayeh asked if I was still satisfied. The food was excellent. I really liked the paying at the kiosk on the table, quick and simple.
If I am in Methuen again I will definitely stop at the Texas Roadhouse again.
Mondays are not a great date night here. Wasn't aware of the fundraising event and the obnoxious teens who should be told to not scream to the extreme that deafens ones ears. The atmosphere is not welcoming. Hope the manger takes this into consideration for those who would like to eat here.

I was greeted by a nice hostess, she immediately got me a table and immediately got me in. My server was very kind and helpful giving multiple recommendations. I got a salad it was astronomical. 10/10 will come again

Food is alright if you don’t like seasoning…. It’s almost like they are afraid of flavor. Just meat and mashed potatoes on a plate. But then again it’s methuen and Lawrence is right down the street where flavor is not suppressed.
