Went here for lunch with my daughter around 2:30pm. Waited a few minutes at the podium. Server comes up and asks “What can I help you with”. I can’t imagine what else he could help us with besides seating us, but okay we say 2. We are seated and the server takes our order. Another server has him come back to ask if we wanted something else to replace the coleslaw. We both said broccoli. On the menu it shows ribs are served with seasoned fries and coleslaw. I also asked for side of honey mustard. Plates come out with more than half of the plate covered in dry broccoli that is supposed to be garlic butter. No fries and no honey mustard. Before I can say anything the server takes off towards the back. 10 mins later he comes over to the table and asks whered the fries go. He states it doesn’t come with fries you have to ask for them as a side! I asked for a menu to show it does state the ribs come with fries and even if it didn’t no body asked for double broccoli. He now goes to the back and chatting with his coworkers and never brings the honey mustard out so I can at least eat my ribs that are now getting cold. He states they are making the fries now. Another 10 mins goes by and at this point the plate has been sitting for close to 15 mins and is cold. Me and my daughter walk out! A server runs us down yelling maam ma’am what’s the problem! As if she has no Custer service manners at all! We explain the situation and she says she can call a manager to figure it out! I told her to call a manager and have them figure it out bc we are done at this point. We did not touch the food, therefore owe no tab! Waste of time, very unprofessional and will not be back!

We stopped in before heading back up north and had an amazing experience! The food was great, appetizers were on point, and our waitress Sandra (or Sandy) was so pleasant, welcoming, and kind to our family. Definitely a spot we’d come back to!
