THE "FISH" was aweful!I had the "fish" sandwich. All bread. When I opened the sandwich there was a tiny piece of overcooked cod. The waitress was kind enough to get me an additional piece of cod and it was flavorless. I'm not very picky but the meal was aweful and I couldn't eat it. Fries were tasteless and limp.

Me and my friends come here a lot but recently we have been getting sick from the food. Two weeks ago we all caught a terrible stomach bug after eating here. Now after trying it again tonight we are stuck with the same sickness. Some employees must not be washing their hands properly, or the food is not properly stored or something. There needs to be stricter food safety standards being taught frequently. We should not be getting sick from the food.

Everything is over cooked. Returned my meal because it was very over cooked. Got simple chicken fingers and fries to go. Those all way over cooked too. Waste of money
Every time I go here for take out I wind up standing inthe lobby waiting for 30 min food that is supposed to be already ready. Today was no different except this time the order was all screwed up. I am not one to complain but i did call tgi and as to speak with a manager. The kid that answered said she was busy but will get her .I proceeded to hold listening to the bar play trivia for 17 mins in that time I think I got 2 answers correct lol .Finally I hung up and called back. The manager answered she did offer to remake the messed up order but at this point i was not going to wait another hour and drive to get it .I literally had to throw out half the order. This will be the last i go there.hope this helps anyone

This was the worst experience here ever. Maybe don’t hire little kids that don’t have a work ethic. We had the rudest waiter never got his name, never got the chance to settle down into our seats before he came over TWICE to rush us to order mind you it was 8 PM… The staff was just sitting there in the back talking on their phones never have I ever seen something like this at such a big name restaurant, its truly honestly disgusting.

Not sure what is going on here but it smells like bleach and excrement to the point I lost my appetite and ended my night out early. Food was OK service could be better but I can understand if they are understaffed but waiting 10 minutes for a drink when there is no one at the bar drinking is a bit excessive. Won't be likely to return as it has disappointed me to this point.

Honestly today I bought a box of chicken and shrimp with Alfredo sauce but it never actually brought Alfredo sauce why I don't know it was just a pick up order I'm very Displeased it's not the first time and maybe it won't be the last but next time Maybe I'd better check the store and then I'll leave.
