I have been going to Thwaites for almost 40 years. Their pies are a must have for any foodie...outstanding. Everything they offer is of the highest quality. I hope they last a thousand years, a very rare little spot many generations old. Make the trip! Really!
Outstanding pies! I especially love the steak and kidney pie (which isn't easy to find anywhere). The staff has always been professional and courteous to me and my crew. The sausages are great and always fresh, but it's worth checking in their freezer for some bargains on frozen items. Well worth a special trip!
Picked up some pies, chicken, steak, and kidney, hamburg and onion, a spinach 😋 and some sausages for sausage and mash, or as my husband says, bangers and mash, one of his faves. The pies are delicious 😋
