Great service called one of the employees there to prepare my smoothie to pick up and it was ready when I arrived forgot to get the employees name I will come again!

Ordered salad with extra veggies and a side. Picked up order on shelf, got home and no side. The amount of veggies was pathetic for a regular amount, much less the “extra” that I paid for. Pretty disappointing.

I ask for a acai bowl and they did not used gloves to cut the banana and I see when the boy put his hands on his nose while putting the banana with his hands. Is really gross.

Smoothies are extremely watered down, especially if you get multiple of the same smoothies, you’ll have little to no flavor.

I think smoothies could be better if they didn’t add so much ice it tastes like nothing.

Great bowls, great staff. Never waited longer then my order was estimated for in the past 3 times I've come.

I love this place ! My favorite smoothie is the chia banana boost ! Cole and the other staff are amazing 10/10

Food is a little pricey for portion size, but love the smoothies! Glad to have some variety at the loop. The daytime staff is usually super pleasant! Also appreciate the fact that the dining room and, from what I see, the kitchen area is always super clean!

First off the drinks and food are great. It’s the customer service that makes me second guess If I should continue coming here.. the last three times i ordered a smoothie in the morning and set it to curbside as I have my child in the car. After confirming “I am here” I would be waiting over 10mins and still have to unload my child and walk-in to see it not being busy and employees standing around. I asked the employee why no one came out and there answer was I didn’t look up and you should’ve called. The app does not give you an option to call just to tell you I’m here

This place is amazing first time I came in the staff where super friendly and helped me pick a smoothie as it was my first time I got a pomegranate plunge and a chorizo quesadilla with chips the quesadilla was so flavorfull and it came with sauce when I dipped it in it was amazing I washed it down with my smoothie it was really refreshing for being so early in the morning I got all my energy back I will for sure come back
