Went through the drive thru and ordered the new Frostie mint flavor over vanilla ice cream. Absolutely terrible, the texture of the ice cream was all gritty with crystals present. I believe this may be from incorrect mixing and handling of the product. The topping was also gritty. When I tried to call them back to discuss, the # on the receipt was disconnected. This is the same # that is on their website. I called 2 other Wendy's in the same town to see if I could get the correct phone # , but they also had incorrect, disconnected phone #. Seriously, this is totally unacceptable 😑

I gave it 5 stars because I received very good service from a girl, I asked her name and her name is Angela, she took her time to come out to confirm if what I had ordered was being done right, that speaks very well she made sure that my food was just as I ordered it, and hot, she is very very kind, I will return to that Wendy's, for their food and for the service received.

Within the past 2 weeks of going to this location of Wendy’s, both of my orders were inaccurate and missing items. The first week was missing the cinnabon item, and just tonight they gave us two nuggets, missing a fry and chicken sandwich. I would not recommend coming here and just go to the one in Methuen instead.

Can’t manage to give you what you order even when they repeat your order back to you you receive the wrong order and it is cold
The employees are incapable of answering our questions regarding the ingredients of our meal. The service is awful. I had to wait 10 minutes for a potato that was NOTHING like I ordered. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Everytime I order food here they make it wrong and always forget an item that I have to drive back a second time. Also the baked potatoes I ordered came with the hard cheese. Not melted cheese. They don’t melt any of their cheese. They didn’t put the lid on correct either that my food came out all over inside the bag.
