Excellent food. Service was good after a long wait when we were first seated. It took longer than expected (10 to 15 minutes) for anyone to bring us water and take our beverage order. The restaurant was quite crowded and very loud. All in all, we had a very good meal for a reasonable price and will return in the future. Just not on a Saturday night when the restaurant is at its busiest.
Was very busy on Friday evening, but staff was wonderful. A bit loud, but service & good were great.
Need for improvement with checking in. I made a 7:00 reservation, checked in and was told my table would be ready momentarily . I waited patiently for maybe 10 minutes. I then went up to desk to make sure everything was fine with my check in. I was told at that point it would be shortly. I waited another 15 minutes and was told they would text me. Still waited finally went back up and asked for the third time what was happening. She told me oh we called you. I guess she decided not to text me?? I literally was standing beside the desk. So then had to wait for next table turnover. No apologies were offered from the hostesses. Other than that our waitress was efficient and food was good. Thank you, Joyce Rego
Food was delicious! Service was a little slow. Busy for football game. Had reservations but still had to wait 10-15 minutes to sit. Took a while for our waitress to come by our table. Got our appetizer before we even got the 3 drinks we ordered. Drinks were a little watered down. But the food really redeemed the experience. The bread, the buffalo chicken dip, the steak tips as well as the prime rib melt. I'd like to think it was just an off night as I have heard good reviews, so we will definitely be back.
Great friendly staff, amazing food. Teriyaki salmon for $14! My friend had delicious turkey croquettes also $14.00. Service was fast, nice atmosphere. Looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend. The $14 lunch specials run until 3pm and you can get them to go. Our server Candy was 5 star!

Fireplaces on bar side, nothing to look at in dinner area. I got East/West Asian bowl, didn't expect all the veggies to be raw. Giant chunks of raw zucchini definitely killed it. My husband got stuffed shrimp with butternut squash. The squash was so crazy sweet it was gross. Drinks were the best part.

We got together for New Year’s brunch. There was six of us at 11:30. We probably waited 10 minutes for our table, which was fine. The choices of food was excellent, and our waitress was attentive and very pleasant. We’re going to try a monthly get together going forward!

I understand a busy day... our server was phenomenal but the food was just ok. Undercooked potatoes in two different dishes. Third year for New Year's Brunch and this wasnt as good as past, but we'll go back again.

We chose to have New Year's Eve. dinner with another couple at the Fireside Grill because of their capacity, ambiance, and food quality and value. The restaurant was hosting a holiday event, so parking was tight, but we found a close spot. We arrived early and were told that our table would be ready closer to our reservation time which was fine. We ordered drinks at the bar from a friendly bar tender and were then told our table was ready. My wife and I had the holiday menu 3 course meal which was delicious and a great value. The other couple ordered ala cart and also enjoyed their meal. The service was great. I was surprised that there were not more dinners near the end of our stay.
A wonderful experience and a nice cozy restaurant. It wasn't too busy but still a bit of a wait on the food even the starters but the food was delicious. I got the East West Asian Bowl and it was phenomenal. The steak tips were so delicious and cooked just as I asked medium-well.
We plan on going back for Thanksgiving but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you reserve ahead of time.

This past weekend, we celebrated my mom’s birthday with Fireside. Let me start by saying this: Fireside has great service. The waitresses (we had two because we were a large party) were excellent and attentive. Even the managers/supervisors were present and helpful to their staff.
So no complaints on staff, really they’re a wonderful bunch. Unfortunately, that’s about where the good things end. The menu is uninspired, bland; and the food? We’ll get to that.
Now, again, we were a large party of 13 so I expected a little delay in us getting our meals. Fine, no problem.
We wait, half of the food comes out. Some of it is absolutely stone cold. Others are waiting another 10 minutes, fine. My girlfriend’s meal comes out last. Typically, delays wouldn’t be an issue for me but the food we waited on was absolutely not worth the wait.
My sister got mac and cheese. Spotty heating, as if it were microwaved; some of the noodles are underdone, hard; and the taste? It tasted of roux. Maybe the cheese was present in the room but it wasn’t in the sauce.
Others had lukewarm food. I had steak frites and the frites were the best part. The truffle fries were decent. The steak was cooked as I asked but over-seasoned and messily plated; the chimichurri was unappetizing. My girlfriend got the seasonal margarita; absolutely sickly sweet and not mixed at all. Bottom of the cup was all syrup, the top was all liquor but it didn’t taste like tequila, more like vodka. Hard to call that a margarita and charge for it.
Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. Generally, I have a positive attitude on Fireside but this evening was pretty dismal. Every place has a bad night but c’mon.
Thirteen people, $500 later, I left annoyed and still hungry. Unless Fireside ups their game and freshens up their menu, I won’t be back unless someone drags me there.

Had a hard time understanding why at brunch when you are doing eggs Benedict that is made with poached eggs why you could not do a poached egg with out the Ham adding greens
The waitress said no special offers with buffet
Even the manager came and said no specials with buffet
So because no one thought to offer anything for vegetarians on the buffet I had breads
All this could have been avoided
I was using this restaurant as a meeting spot because it is right off the highway but the service and attitude has out weighed the convenience
I was there twice a month but will not be back
Apparently that does not matter to you !
