While I enjoyed the previous menu at Boston Tavern, each time we have gone back to Brack's has not been a great experience. The menu has changed considerably and favorites that my family and I preferred have been removed from the menu, changed in portion size or changed. It certainly is to be expected with new ownership but it has not been a better experience since the transition. Additionally, service is not always consistent. It has taken some time to see our server, to get our beverages or silverware on the table without asking. General wait time for food however has been good.

We really enjoy this place, we meet friends there every 6-8 weeks, the ribeyes are delicious and my wife’s salads look amazing too!

Our server Chey is the sweetest. She is always attentive of our needs. Always a nice smile which helps start the meal off. Hubby had baked cod he was happy with his meal. I had the smaller portion of fish and chips. Why you people like to take cold dead fry's and put the fish on top is beyond me. Not the first time. For the prices everything on my plate should be fresh and hot the first time!! So we will stay away for a while.

Food was ok. One meal was weird and they didn't eat it. Kitchen screwed up one order. It wasn't the waitress's fault. But our waitress wasn't very attentive with other stuff.

This was the first time we ate at Bracks. The food was very good and the service was also very good. We were seated in the bar area so it was pretty loud. We will go back again.
We had two poor experiences at the original Brack's but decided to give the new Middleborough location a chance. It was terrible. The server had to make three attempts at our drink orders because they were out of the first two beer selections, and the third selection didn't come until after the meals ( and after we reminded the server). Our five meals arrived at different times, and the last two were stone cold. Mediocre food at best. Strike three, never again. Canceling my reservations for next week.

Was seated for 6 at the end of a row, waited 20minutes and still had no waiter come to our table. We asked the hostess if there was a server for our table after a newly sat table next to us had their drink orders taken. She was nice and told us they'd get somebody over there. Waited another 5minutes and nobody still came over. So sat for 25 minutes, nobody even acknowledged us there so we just left.

Overall very good we will be back. Kaylen was very good all ways checking on us making sure it was what we asked for and if we needed anything else.

Food was great. Our party ordered the Chicken BLT sandwich, Chicken tacos, and the Breakfast burger - we all enjoyed them. The only downside was there was a function going on in their fuction room and the noise level seeped into the restaurant. They should have a door that could be closed and help keep the noise out of the main restaurant.
